They refused to solve the problem... although the problem is not global..change the gasket on the water tank..
Unfortunately, very unprofessional Company. I called him in the morning for an emergency for electrical problem. The lady answered. I told her what was my issue was she said somebody will contact me nobody have it took six hours for me to call back again. Nobody answers the phone and when I send a message Saying that I will make a review somehow if somebody called and they said to me Everyone’s busy nobody can help you very disappointing Company I would not refer it to anybody else
We reached out to WeFix to schedule an appointment, emphasizing that we’re traveling soon and that the upcoming Saturday would be the best option. I specifically requested that all necessary documents be submitted on time so facility management could issue a work permit. They assured me everything had been handed over, but when I followed up with management, I found that crucial documents were missing. This means they misled me because they told me everything was handed over and that it was facility management not coming back to them....
We are disappointed considering we had a better experience in the past.
Wefix did our balcony revamp and their job was excellent! We were extremely happy with the team: Jayzon, Sarfaraj and Marlon, and super happy with the result. We love our balcony they made it a very cozy place. The team were very professional, knew what they were doing and finished the job on time
Wefix is really great company!! The team was always on time, always in touch, always care if we happy with the result, and they really put a lot of effort to compete the work perfectly!!! We’ve done with them straightening and painting the walls in our apartment, and now our walls are perfect! As they promised! Thank you very much for your work and service! When u pay them first time when the AC get damage again which they said if it damage again we will fix it specially if it's not long time when I called them they said we have to clean it again and u should pay we can't don't anything
