🫶 Instead of a regular review, I’ll share a short story. Friday morning, I break a headlight on my car. Technically, you’re not supposed to drive like that at all—there’s a fine for it. So, I open Google Maps and start searching for repair shops that specialize in Volkswagen. I find five of them, take a picture of the issue, and send it to all of them. Two never respond. One just says, “We don’t have that headlight.” The fourth one tells me to come over, but they’re not sure if they can help. And then there’s this place. They reply immediately, saying the part needs to be ordered but invite me to stop by so they can fix the fender and check everything else. The next morning, I arrive, and they’ve already sorted everything out with me. Five stars, no doubt. Huge respect to these guys. Their high rating is well deserved!
Asked the store to check on the "screen-protector" to be removed from the screen, and to see "whether" it is the screen protector at all. In the end, I had to find out that this place has destroyed the edge of my screen, and even left a part of their knife behind the middle-console during that process. I asked for their business license and failed to received it.
However, they did a good job on the polishing / and fixing small dents and scratches which I had at the very front of the car. I did offer a 5 star rating, but under such circumstances, I am not willing to keep it that way, I am extremely disappointed in getting damaged on my car.
Better to give a Zero Star..Don't trust the person call on behalf of this Car Service, we have taken appointment by 8.15 and he promised he will ne there for us by 8.30...but he cheated and not picking calls.... We were rushing from Muhaisina Sharjah.. Worst experience
DON'T COME HERE, THEY BREAK YOUR CAR!! I gave them my car to do detailing and window tinting. However when I came to pick up I found the front windscreen WAS CRACKED. Although the car was at their premise under service, they insist it was not NOT their responsibility and blamed the hot weather. They didn't agree to replace with original glass only wanted to use some low level very cheap glass. I have to use my own insurance to replace. My car has no accident history with all original painting, but now has accident record! They didn't give any compensation and didn't even answer my phone. Very bad experience and very disappointed! Customers should avoid to come.
Excellent and professional service, great hospitality with impressive pricing. Been using Profix service for almost half a decade and every service has been quite satisfactory. Special mention for the operation manager MR PRINCE and manager MR MAHESH, their efforts in attending to our car needs with full commitment and dedication is quite remarkable. I would recommend PROFIX AUTO CARE to anyone who's looking for a professional service and phenomenal pricing.
I had a bad experience with this garage, I would suggest really doing your research when looking for a shop to do work on your BMW. The guys in the shop are super friendly, but I had some difficulty with the owner. I hope they can take this message onboard and improve future customer service
I used this company to fix an issue with my car. They fixed my issue after 2 visits and more than 12 000 aed payment. While they fixed it they scratched my car and created another issues. One week after their fix my car braked down completely. May be if you are a man you will get things done. If you are a woman you will get scammed.
Profix Auto Care Garage is an excellent Repair Garage for Engines and Gears and all Damaged repairs. They have a Team of Wonderful Technicians who fixed my Car Engine and other major problems and my Sonata is now running very smoothly. Also their charges is very Economical. I recommend them with a very high rating.
Profix staff has a lot of good experience, their work is amazing, i have reffered them to lots of friends who were satisfied with with the jobs done. Highly recommended thanks !!!!
Shocking and worrying experience.
I looked at the 5.0 Mustang they have for sale.
I was told it was accident free and it was in perfect condition mechanically by Princ from the garage.
Luckily I took the car to a British garage for inspection:
- multiple panels re-painted
- rear chassis repair (indicating major accident)
- drive shaft leak
- oil leak
I have a video documenting all this.
