TRD AUTO REPAIRING GARAGE LLC

Before ending up at TRD Auto repairing garage, I visited few other garages in the vicinity as well. However, TRD quoted me the best rate. I was assisted by the director of the company Mr. Safikul Mondal who was exceptional with his service. I had a minor dent on my car bonnet and chipped-off paint. Most of the garages said it would take minimum 2-3 days, however, at TRD i got my car back within a day. I would highly recommend this place. Attaching before and after pics of my car. One of the worst experience i ever had with them

The issue was with the radiator leakage, it took them 17 days initially almost figure out the issue,
I spent almost 9k aed in multiple iterations, because after every 2-3 days they come up with something new.

Initally they claimed that they are expert in vw, but it turned to be a disaster as they got zero clue what's happening with the car why it's over heating.

Trust me i was doing google n searching on youtube ans asking them about possible things and in reply they use to reply that yes thay can be a reason as well.

In summary
I spent approx 9k, after multiple calls n chase

Last but the worst part:
I went to collect my car, blindly trusted and paid the repair fee, the moment i stepped out of the garage, the gear started behaving abnormally, upon asking they said no we did the test drive and guided me to continue using the car for couple of days it will settle.

As a result the next day i drop my car back to garage because the gear was getting stuck and i am clearly see that something horribly wrong with my gear.
Dropped the vehicle and they said pay us another 6-7k aed and your gear needs to be fixed.
I said thankyou very much and left the garage.

In short
Do your due diligence
Thats my suggestion based on the experience i had.

Btw overall the car stayed in garage for almost 28 days.

Issue: Turbo with error codes, Gear Oil Leak, EVAP pressure leak
Car in their garage: 23 July 2022
Car came out from their garage: 10 August 2022

Brought the car initially for paint job and some minor body repair... job done was unprofessional... uneven paint coating uneven polishing done.. body repair marks still visible they just tried to cover with paint without repairing it properly
Lied about having the turbo being fixed outside... lied about components being replaced.
Took out the car 04 Aug... still had check engine light still the same error codes but now having a misfire on cylinder 3...
and still have gear oil leak.
Returned the car for them to sort... then asked to get valve cover gasket to be changed... Footwell module error code and they tried to charge me for resetting it had to argue as why will I pay for the mistake of their technician ?.... oil still leaking in the cylinder probably not correct torque applied... just had enough and need to get the car out as they might try to rip me off even more.

Still have the Turbo Error codes which they said they fixed and replaced components with.

I brought my tesla and they took care of everything from A to Z. Excellent service, friendly staff and very professional. I highly recommend to pick this and you won’t regret it.

I recieved top notch service even though we got off on the wrong foot however the managers Mr. Aris and Mr. Shafi handled it superbly and provided an impeccable service. One of the best auto shop to go to for car repairs now I am a loyal customer

My car was damaged and had dents on four sides. They fixed it less than 2 days with a very reasonable price! Amazing job it looks brand new. Make sure you directly discuss everything with Shafik he's very helpful and responsive. Couldn't be happier :)

Took my recently bought Range Rover HSE to TRD. Osama pointed out various items with major and minor issues. I was quoted AED6000 for the job. My car remained with them for 2 days at first place , they fixed the obvious issues and left all major ones undone. I then took the car back again a couple of days later , I was told to leave the car again for a couple of days and I had to take it back again. I was told that the engine vibration s are normal in range rover as the engine is powerful. Was still un satisfied with the car as it was vibrating greatly.

Since TRD was not accepting my complaint , I had to take care for a peer review and the first thing I was told by other mechanic was the car needs new engine and transmission mounts which I already paid TRD. Upon raising my complain to TRD they asked to drop car again 3rd time for 3 days to get this work done. In total it tool 7 days and various followups to get engine mounts done for which I was invoiced on my first visit with a claim of work completed.

Waste of time and energy. !!! take your car to them only if you are a mechanic so you can cross check their work. Osama is not a straight forward guy. Will never fulfill his commitment. I don't think he knows what he is doing. Pathetic !!! I would even raise complaint with Dubai, DED as well. Feel like ripped off!! not sure what was done with my car against my 4,800 AED bill.

Unfortunately, total waste of time and money. I have asked them to fix some noise issues with my Ford Explorer and they have failed to fix it, they have changed multiple parts not related to the issue which costed me AED3500 and they took almost 5 days to replace it, and still the issue is not solved. The worst thing, is that the spare parts they use is of a very low quality, as it got damaged within 2 weeks from getting the car from the workshop.

Not recommended at all for any mechanical job, as they lack for: the experience, quality of work and commitment to customers.

Worst garage in Dubai. Took my Jeep car because the alternator would not start. They held on to the car replaced the alternator for 800+ DHS and then told me to pay cash to avoid paying VAT which is totally illegal. I have already reported this to the authorities and they said they will look into the matter. 4 months on after this I found out that they replaced a lot of parts from the car which didn’t need replacing and installed commercial parts. Osama is not an honest guy and doesn’t do business properly. If I can give this place a negative star I would. Complaint filed with DED 24/7/2021
