No. RepairSouk is a neutral directory platform that connects you with third-party businesses. We do not perform the repairs ourselves, nor do we act as a guarantor for the quality of the work. The service agreement and all transactions are strictly between you and the business you choose to hire.

We encourage businesses to provide up-to-date information and a valid trade license. We are also using the Google Reviews for businesses which is a reliable source of review data for businesses. The most powerful tool for trust on our platform is our transparent review system. We highly recommend reading recent, genuine reviews from other users to gauge the quality and reliability of a service provider before making contact.

Once you find a business you're interested in, you can find their contact information—such as a phone number or email address—directly on their profile page. If business is subscribed with us, we will verify the business and hence you will see more contact information about the business in their profile, else you will have a link to their website. Some businesses may also have a contact form you can fill out.

We strongly advise trying to resolve the issue directly with the business's management first. Since our role is to facilitate the connection, we do not mediate disputes. However, your feedback is crucial for our community. We encourage you to leave an honest and factual review of your experience on the business’s profile page to inform future users.

Our subscriptions are billed monthly. We use Stripe, a globally trusted and secure payment gateway, to handle all transactions. When you subscribe, your payment details are securely stored by Stripe using tokenization, and your subscription renews automatically each month. This ensures your listing remains active without any manual effort.

Yes, of course. You are in full control. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard. Your listing will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. We don't offer refund for the remaining days of your subscription. Alternatively, you can, upgrade/downgrade your listing anytime.
