Welcome to repairsouk.com ("RepaiSouk," "website," "we," "us," or "our"). This website is a trademark of Digiteon Technologies L.L.C-FZ, registered company in United Arab Emirates (UAE), Dubai.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RepaiSouk website and its services, including the listing of businesses and the searching of the directory by users. By accessing or using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Digiteon Technologies L.L.C-FZ.

1. Description of Service

RepaiSouk is an online directory that connects users with various repair and maintenance service providers ("Listed Businesses") in the United Arab Emirates. The services are categorized as follows: Auto Repair, Air Conditioning Repair, Appliance Repair, Computer Repair, Mobile Phone Repair, Electronics Repair, Tire Repair, Home Maintenance, Boat Repair, Bicycle Repair, Motorcycle Repair, and Other Repairs.

• Users: Individuals who use the directory to find and contact Listed Businesses.
• Listed Businesses: Companies or individuals who register and pay a subscription fee to list their services on the directory.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

For All Users: To access certain features of the website, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

For Listed Businesses: You must be a legally registered entity in the United Arab Emirates with a valid trade license to operate. By creating a business listing, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the business to these Terms. We reserve the right to request proof of your trade license and other business documentation for verification purposes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Business Listings and Obligations for Listed Businesses

As a Listed Business, you are responsible for the content of your listing. You agree to the following:

• Accuracy: All information provided in your listing, including your business name, contact details, services offered, and operating hours, must be accurate and kept up-to-date.
• Content Guidelines: You may not post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on any third-party rights (including intellectual property rights).
• Service Quality: You agree to provide services to users who contact you through RepaiSouk in a professional and timely manner, adhering to industry best practices.
• License and Compliance: You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary licenses and permits to provide the services you list on our website and that you are in full compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse any listing that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

4. Subscription Fees, Payments, and Cancellation

For Listed Businesses:

• Subscription Fees: A monthly subscription fee is required to maintain a business listing on repairsouk.com. The current pricing will be displayed on our website at the time of registration. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon 30 days' notice to you.
• Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew each month. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fee.
• Payment Processing: We use Stripe, a third-party payment processor, to handle all payments. By providing your payment information, you agree that we may share your information with Stripe for the purpose of processing your payments. Your payment details are managed securely by Stripe through tokenization; we do not store your full credit card information on our servers. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's terms and conditions and privacy policy.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months.
• Non-Payment: If we are unable to process your subscription payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your listing.

5. User Conduct

All users of repairsouk.com agree not to:

• Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information, including in reviews or inquiries.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or business.
• Use any automated system, such as "bots" or "spiders," to access the site in a manner that sends more request messages to the RepaiSouk servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the website.

6. Reviews and User-Generated Content

Users may post reviews and ratings for Listed Businesses. By submitting content, you grant RepaiSouk a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content in connection with the website.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and agree not to submit reviews that are fake, defamatory, or written in exchange for payment or other benefits. We reserve the right to remove any review that violates these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Digiteon Technologies L.L.C-FZ or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The "repairsouk.com" name and logo are trademarks of Digiteon Technologies L.L.C-FZ.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. RepaiSouk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services is at your sole risk. Disclaimer Regarding Listed Businesses: RepaiSouk is a directory and does not endorse or recommend any Listed Business. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of the services provided by Listed Businesses. Any transaction or interaction between a user and a Listed Business is solely between them, and we are not a party to that transaction. We encourage users to conduct their own research before engaging any service provider. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Digiteon Technologies L.L.C-FZ, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digiteon Technologies L.L.C-FZ and its employees, directors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the website or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
