Did the service 3 weeks ago and apparently everything was fine. I brought the car back 12 days ago to simply change the break pads and the result was they kept the car for 12 days, found another 4 issues which they were not there when i brought the car, charged me -almost 8,000 aed more than what i was supposed to pay for the break pads and the culmination was they gave me the car back with an empty tank and with a flat tier.
My tier broke completely in the middle of Sheikh Zayed Road. Photo attached.
Needless to say if you have a problem with your audi bring it to BMW or Mercedes. I’m sure they will fix it better
Great Service and very nice staff, Raj Gilbert from the service team was exceptional and looked after me and updated me every step off the way while my car was in for a service and check up as had a few faults. He made the process super easy for me! Thank you Raj Great guy!! Great service from Arun Kurup, great guy very fast service from him got my car in and out for service instantly, had a few issues on the car which he resolved for me and also did a health check. Have been getting my car serviced here since long, also their parts section is amazing, I usually have some friend asking me for parts and they are kind enough to arrange them very very quickly
I do not recommend buying or dealing with them. Their service is very bad and slow. There is no car data in the company’s system. For your information, the cars are bought from them.

As a premium brand, I expected much better attention to detail, especially when the visit was due to a recall that was no fault of mine. Returning a vehicle in this state reflects poorly on the service team and leaves a negative impression on the overall Audi experience.

Raj Gilbert is an exceptional Audi Service Advisor who provided outstanding service during my recent visit. He delivered my car earlier than promised and went the extra mile when I accidentally left my valuables at the Audi Service Center upon collecting my car. Raj personally ensured their safety and waited for me to return so he could hand them over in person. He explained all the services carried out in detail, showcasing professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to customer care. I truly appreciate his efforts and highly recommend him for an excellent service experience!
They are great specially my advisor Mr. Af. Even in Sunday they take care of my car ,very professionally they switched my other appointment!! So perfect.
Unbelievably overprice and greedy (I was just asked for 350aed to get a recap of my service history... yes, services that I already paid for an arm & a leg... ridiculous.) Never buying Audi again.
You have to call multiple times just to get through to make an appointment and the earliest appointments are always 15+ days, not acceptable and am surprised audi allows this, while in AD you can book just a day or two earlier, I don’t understand this difference in standards
