Always disappointed with the way they treat old customer… there is always a problem with them.
The process is not smooth. A simple visit can become a headache
I will not go to this garage anymore unfortunately

Avoid this garage!

First at all I bought the bike where was for a while and they delivered the bike without engine oil. This can cause the breakdown of the engine only a criminal mind can do that.
I gave them a second chance and ask them to do the full service. I asked to do it quickly because I needed the bike for work. It took them more than 2 weeks 🤦🏻‍♂️.
Find out the buying part to Wheels of Arabia and each parts takes 2 weeks delivery time.
How can be cheaper then Wheels of Arabia if the buying from them? Is because they are not professional and they negligence can put a risk your life and this was the case because for the second time they gave me the bike this time without rear brake, which almost cost me an accident.
All the time the asking for more money to repair their faulty job.
Also they asking to fully pay the job before to start which putting you in a post of trust, but they broke this trust since the first day I met them. Thy just want to do money without any care of the life of people or at least make them happy on admitting the mistakes and do something to repair it.
Anyway never again.

They don’t take accountability for their work

Lead mechanic a very disrespectful person who repeatedly lies thinking that the customer is an idiot

Overall avoid them with a ten feet pole

Brief story time:
Take my bike to be inspected, detailed and to get new Tires, they change the tires without changing the valve stems with me repeatedly saying that the old tires are 5 years old which means 5 year old valve stems too, and then they tell you to not go near the bike while they are working on it (so they can do whatever negligent job they want)

What does this lead to?

A flat tire on the highway going 140 kmph which did risk my life and cost me about 4K dhs in damages not counting all the time lost trying to get a recovery during iftar time on a Sunday about 3 hours on the side of the road

And when u come to them the next day they try to gaslight you into thinking it’s somehow ur fault for not telling them to change the valve stems even to u said these are 5 yo tires and you told them to inspect the bike, then proceed to telling you that they can’t do anything to compensate you for the damages that happened that are a direct result of their negligent work THEY did

Then their is the head mechanic who lies to you thinking you know nothing about basic life knowledge

The wheels where dirty, I told them to clean it as part of the detailing i paid for the head mechanic goes like no these wheels don’t have paint on them they need to be painted

2 min later I try to clean it with brake cleaning and magic turns out it’s just dirty like I said

Then he proceeded to say that surface rust is impossible to remove and needs to be repainted as if the owner is an idiot that doesn’t know that polishing exists and that removes surface rust from metals

Then he proceeds to say they it’s impossible to calibrate the speed sensor to the tyre size and it comes pre set from the factory as if am an idiot who doesn’t know that the speedo changes if the tires change size and it can be calibrated

All of the above In addition too the horrendous waiting times (typing this as I have been waiting for 3 hours on a damn standard tyre valve stem)

So yea that’s that very poor experience poor customer service and a deceiving image of a high quality garage

Only upside is the sales manager (the guy in a shirt) he was trying to help as much as he could but obviously he can’t do anything really with lead mechanic who doesn’t wanna do the right work

To sum up spend your money elsewhere you will be grateful when things go wrong and you get the support you payed for specially on a bike where it’s infinitely more dangerous if things go wrong

Bike went in for a service. Was handed back to me with a new electrical fault not present when I dropped it off. Owner not interested in fixing it (despite excuses). Very disappointed to be ignored now that I've paid a lot of money.

First time at Powershift. Professional and friendly staff with attention to every single detail. I highly recommend this place for any service, modification, or just to get a proper clean and lube for your bike 👍

First time biker and owner - these guys did an incredible job from communication to billing to updates. Very pleased and will be a recurring customer 🙏 very clean space too, you can tell they keep their work station tidy and that reflects in the work done 🙏💪

First time u fix my bike at the right place in all the terms and the standards . Great motorcycle service! They did an excellent job washing my bike, lubricating the chain, and checking the tire pressure. Highly recommend!

I inspected my bike in this garage and they said it’s all good and nothing wrong with it but when i bought it and took it to another garage for oil change it appears that it has faulty camshafts & faulty oil pump and it costed me a lot and that’s all bc of them I recommend you guys if u wanna inspect your bike take it to twister bike, I’ll never go back to this garage such a disappointment 👎

Very quick, smart team with experience! I got the bike washed and it became as new now.. Did shaft oil change, and the process was very professional and smooth, the guy is really quick and provided me a full inspection report.
