Even one star is too much. Very, very ..... dishonest.
Went there for very usual flat tier fixed, and they pretended that there was a very major issue with the tire, which was less than a year old, and had to be replaced. Stay way away from this place.

I would like to share my worst experience with this garage. Human can do mistake once but someone repeats often means they have been doing intentionally.

They try to trap the customers when we visit this garage. They disassemble the car and send the quotation what ever price they wanted. They compelled to do maintenance with them otherwise they asked to pay doesn’t matter we repair the car or not. Their labour charge is higher than authorized dealer’s garage and they charge 15% - 30% additional price for the spare parts which is extremely unfair and no one listen to the customers means there is something wrong within the organization.

Therefore, they deserve this google review based on their performance and I would suggest everyone to read the review and save your extra time , hassle and extra money before visiting this garage.

I’ve been their customer for over 4 years because they are honest and always offer the best prices. I highly recommend getting your car checked and fixed here.

It is better than buying tires from here, which are small shops, buy tires from , they will also reduce the price and you will get the same thing.

One of the worst and pathetic service from these guys they just know how to give 500 dhs work at 1000 dhs and plus they damage more and give the car back so we have to go again next time to service with them worst

Refused to do tire balancing, INSISTED on buying new tires INSTEAD of providing a service that I requested. Explanation was - tire not good, need new tires (I changed tires the day before and needed re-balancing).

Typical Dubai scam, avoid if you don’t understand anything in cars. You will be RIPPED OFF.

They don’t speak English as well.

UPDATE: I visited this location. Staff speaks fluent Arabic only, not English.

I went to another shop, your competitor, they professionally solved the issue, straightened my rims and balanced tires. Your shop instead told me that tires are not compatible with my car and more than that didn’t even know the famous brand these tires from.

AVOID. UNPROFESSIONAL. SCAM.

Very good service. I stopped by today to repair my tire. Mr. Mohamad was very professional and welcoming. The garage is big and organized. They have all kind of car service.
