I discovered meta mechanics online and when i visited the garage, I was very impressed with their professionalism and swiftness. They also charge very reasonably. I gave my mini cooper for some engine oil leak repairs and radiator coolant leak repairs. They were very considerate enough to pick my car up and even deliver it timely. They also provided a curtesy car (upon availability). Highly recommend. I shall also start my servicing here because they have gained my trust and I feel very comfortable with them, communication wise, timely updates and detailed explanations. They always deliver the car clean and washed which many other big brands in the market fail to do. Small details, big wins.

I do not recommend anyone to deal with them After 16 days and paying 3494.4 dirhams, they did not fix the main problem which I come to fix it , And every time they add new problems that were not shown in the invoice, under the pretext that the problem is not included in the first guess, and after all this, they did not fix the main problem with the car's steering wheel, which is still tilting and there is a vibration in it.

And they added a new malfunction to the car, and the car began to make sounds.. And after writing an evaluation on Google, they contacted me and told me that we will fix everything, but delete the evaluation. Therefore, if they say we changed for free, that is not free, but it is a repair for what they did. Disable it, but unfortunately, despite that, they did not fix the main fault, which is the deviation of the car, which is included in the bill

I recently sent my Tesla Model 3 to Meta Mechanics Auto Repair Center LLC for a repair that required module replacement and programming. The team did an excellent job! While the repair process took some time, it was absolutely worth the wait. My car is running perfectly now. For any car repair needs, I’ll definitely be returning to them—though hopefully not too soon, unless my car misses them! 😊 Highly recommend!

I took my Audi A8 to Meta Mechanics because I was dealing with an oil leak that had been causing me trouble for a while. The team was friendly and professional, and they diagnosed the issue quickly. They explained the problem clearly and walked me through what needed to be done, which I appreciated since l'm not super familiar with car repairs. The repair was done on time, and so far, the leak has been completely resolved. I also noticed they used quality parts, which gives me confidence in the work. The pricing felt reasonable for the level of service I received. Overall, a great experience, and I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance needs.

Terrible experience

They did a paint job on my car, the job was absolutely terrible, less than a month later and the paint is chipping on the side skirts already, I don't know about their mechanical work but stay away from paint jobs.

Too much expensive 🫰 . I just send him watsp picture of my issues. He send me very high price .( 350 ). then I go to alqouz area I just repair my issue only 30 AED ..

Weak customer handling and carelessness to read the details and handle better responses
