ALKHALID AUTO GARAGE repaired my car today, They were prompt & carried out the repair in a timely & professional way. All the scratches are gone, and my car looks brand new again. I will definitely use their services again & recommend them.

Clueless mechanics and poor quality - AVOID! Visited the garage in October 2020 after having A/C issues with a 2011 BMW 316i, they checked, gave a long list of items to be replaced (condenser, compressor and so on), claiming 6 months warranty. Exactly after 6 months and a week, entire A/C went bust, not just a minor issue, but gone! I called them giving invoice reference and job details, garage owner asked me to drop the car saying he will have it checked in 30 minutes, stating this check-up will be at no cost since this was a major job. Within just 5 minutes he claimed there might be a leak and that the car has to be left overnight for a full check-up, adding a new cost of 300, which then he said will be reduced to 100. I refused and was about to leave when garage owner then claimed that he will do a full check for free within an hour. The LOW PRICE comes at a VERY HIGH RISK! Better off paying a higher price to a well reputed garage than risking additional mechanical problems.

I had done AC compressor change from the workshop last year in Aug for my Honda CRV; The AC compressor was newly replaced, firstly the A/C gas was half filled up. I had filled up the gas straight after taking the vehicle out from workshop, then the A/C itself was not chilling. They told me as its a new compressor after 2-3 months it will be ok. Its almost a year now the A/C compressor stalled & had a bursted in a year. The engine, radiator, belt everything got impacted due to the burst & my car has broken down. I had called them regarding it and their response was one year was gone & they are not responsible towards what has happened. I checked with the authorized Honda service they told me that due to faulty method of A/C compressor installation this has happened. I would never ever recommend this workshop.

Just last week, I was driving my car and the muffler piece just feel off the car alongside the bumper....I was surprised because the welding job they did was so poor, the muffler fell out just after a few months and also the bumper (the bumper was fixed poorly, with missing support), in addition to the muffler, the support was missing. This ended up me in me paying additional AED1,000 because of this garage's poor work!!! Not recommended if you're looking for reliable job. Thank you.

Went to change the battery, they told me they checked several places and the only available option is at 950 AED, although i was a repeat customer they still tried to rip me off given car wasn’t starting and couldn’t go anywhere, fortunately still had a bit of battery left and car started, and took it to the shop next door, who had a bigger and cleaner garage and did it for 750 AED including fixing and VAT at 200 less. Same exact battery and they also had to get it from an external supplier

Worst service ever, staff are unprofessional they don’t know there job .waiting area is to hot and u have to stay long time to hand or receive your car .
