A friend of mine recommended this garage when I moved to Dubai, I heard all the horror stories of scammer mechanics so I was quite keen on finding a trustworthy place. Since I've been coming here this place and their mechanics have been nothing but professional, honest and fair. If you are looking for a place that is trustworthy I can definitely recommend them. They are great at communication, hospitable and work really efficient. Huge shoutout to Joe who's been absolutely amazing in helping me, showing me how things work and coordinating everything. Oh, and their coffee is also great! ☕️
Basically they will just send your car to their fella work shop, and takes weeks or months to find the right one and hand the car over to them to fix.
They said they will call you back and update you, but the reality is, they’ll never call you back. On the contrary, you have to chase them to update you.
Conclusion:
❗️”I service any car” they’re just good at marketing themselves, not car repairing. If you have other options, better pick another workshop for your car.
I have been in Dubai for 9 years and after today I can assure I will never go anywhere else for my car. Adam was amazing this morning. He checked the car there and then, putting my mind to rest, and explained everything clearly to me! A complete difference to the service I received in the car dealership! All for a very good price! I'm so grateful I found this place!
I’ll try to make the long story short.
I’ve had the worse experience of my life, the staff very rude and unprofessional.
I had minor issues with the gear and the fuel was running out so fast, they told me that I had to change the 02 sensor (1.989.75 aed). After I got my car back, I’ve had the same exact issues but whatever, I thought it was just in my mind. Suddenly the temperature got high and I couldn’t drive the car at all as the water tank pump kind of exploded and was leaking water. I returned the car to service and after almost 2 months I got my car back… in all this the gave me the courtesy car only the last few weeks “knowing that I couldn’t work without my car”. I’ve got my car back finally (1.580 aed). The car once again had same exact issues plus now this water leak, high temperature AND A BROKEN GLASS! I gave the car back after a week, and now they asked (3,192.00). When I came to take the car, trying to understand what is the problem, the guy even made a joke by saying “I feel I’m a radio” like he was repeating over and over things that obviously didn’t make any sense. Anyway.. I’m taking my car somewhere else 🤣
The people in the garage are nice however the prices are extremely very very High. I was over charged more than 200% than the actual market price for a simple breaks fix. Labor charge per hour alone is AED 350. I wish if I took my car to the agent instead as that for sure must have been much cheaper. Overall, I won’t be coming back to this garage again.
The worst experience I ever had!
For an AC problem this garage changed the compressor, condensor, charged me 6000 dhs and AC still not working...
They ask to replace costly parts around 2400aed which is in good condition before even checking if the part failed or no. They also charge 350aed an hour not negotiable. In other words they made me purchase an item for 2400aed not required and want to charge labor 800aed extra..
For a job that costed me 1400aed outside their garage, if I fixed my car at their garage I would have paid 4600aed!!
When I asked justification why they want to change the 2400aed item, they responded that for them they don't care! As if they forgot that i care! And when I asked to make discount on labor they told me we have other customers you want to proceed or no. Luckily I said no and did job at far better place and more trusted... they also put my key in the trunk without telling me where it was...
Took my car for a service last week and had a nice experience. They were kind, friendly and helpful. Communication was also really good. I’ve been offered options before the work gets done and didn’t feel the pressure to do things that I didn’t want to do. Will definitely be back. Thank you again to the team. Sirin.
Very good team doing professional work. Always reachable and even short term appointments were possible. I would appreciate a price estimate before doing all the work but to be honest I didn’t ask for it. The prices are fair and no BS, as from other service garage. I do like the English straight forward philosophy.
Went to install a dash cam and was done quick and with no bs. Great team, well run shop, definitely coming back
