Absurd service. Booked for them to pick my car up due to noise on sunroof, they said 2 days to repair. They picked it up then called and asked why the car was there. We clarified what for. Then they called asking about my complaint about hazard signs (I hadn’t said anything about that). It has been 2 days and no answers. Status says vehicle received. We call and they say one day to answer. We going to Eid and I won’t have my car back on time to go to work.

I left my new car at the service for the first service. When they gave me the car, the car was all in bird shit. In the end, they couldn't wash it off. Even polishing didn't help. They scratched everything. The manager says it's not their problem. I recommend that you pick up the car carefully.

where do I even begin with this luxurious experience? Visiting this service center is like entering an exclusive royal court. First, you must humble yourself before the almighty receptionist, who will graciously grant you the honor of waiting to meet His Majesty—oh, sorry, the service agent.
After an hour or two of patiently admiring the breathtaking decor (or staring at the wall), you’re finally summoned to the royal chambers. Here, His Majesty will kindly excuse himself for an urgent trip to the royal lavatory, because, of course, one’s business can’t wait. Upon his triumphant return, you’ll be treated to a thrilling display of multitasking as he sends 300 emails, replies to a dozen chats, and finally, in a moment of divine generosity, enters your VIN number into the system.
But wait—there’s more! Once this Herculean task is complete, His Majesty will personally escort you to your car. With a regal wave, he’ll inquire, “Do you wish to service this humble chariot of yours?”
Naturally, you’ll say yes, and with the wisdom of a sage, he’ll deliver his grand decree: “Come tomorrow, same time.”
So, you return the next day, right on time, only to wait yet again for His Majesty to complete his sacred rituals and attend to other equally fortunate subjects. When your turn finally arrives, you might even be blessed with your car—if you’re lucky.
Truly, this is the pinnacle of customer service. A standing ovation for Toyota, the masters of redefining patience and humiliation. Bravo!.
Now, ‘the appointment’ has become more important than customer and related problems. From security to staffs have this language. The service level has reduced to appointment only. Without understanding all speaks only ‘appointment’. It is whims and wishes of principal dealer than customer problems. Earlier it was stereo type customer call Centre and now appointment. Please first understand the issue. If I have battery issue do I have to rush to company authorized service station / repair Centre or keep vehicle on till we get an appointment time slots and if it is after 4 days, imagine. Such an insulting… we are coming to give you an opportunity to serve. After all it is paid service.

The staff here are very dedicated, especially Waqar ahmed, who maintains our vehicle in a professional manner. He is also very nice, gentlemanly and polite, so i always comes to him for vehicle maintenance. If you need vehicle maintenance, come here!
