Absolute disappointment. I had to chase them for updates. Promised a quote, never sent it. Started to work on it without go ahead. Ask for the spark plugs and air filter to be changed, they said no need we just cleaned it. Then charged for a ridiculous amount of labour hours and didn’t even do the job… Not to mention that got it back with everything sticky of oil…
Update based on the response:
I have purchased the bike 17th March evening and dropped it off at the parking in front of you right away at 11pmish. Went back next week to hand it over for maintenance.
Given the fact it is freshly with me with no actual knowledge of history and I am serious about maintenance the following was asked to be done:
Oil, oil filter, air filter, spark plugs to be changed
All liquids to be checked
Do general checkup of the condition of the bike
Reached out on the 24th just before 10am to ask for update as there was absolute 0 communication from your side on what and when will happen. Response from your sales agent at 1pm: I have no clue I'll talk to the workshop. Then followed up with They did a general check up, there is a leak and will share a quote what needs to be replaced - at 7pm. After this I have reconfirmed what I asked to be done on the bike. After this your sales agent told me to share a quotion with me. Then after an hour asked what bike are we talking about.
Next morning I confirmed the model and the plate of the bike. No communication from your side on the day.
Followed up on the 26th 11am again. When I have been send a quote of oil, oil filter and 5 hours of labour and been told that the garage said no need to change air filter and spark plugs it has been cleaned. Then have shared an excel snippet for the cap and o-ring. And been told that I will be informed when the bike is done to come for pick up. There was no confirmation from my side to proceed with the works.
I told them that the cap was handed over. And with that told not to do anything on the bike as nothing has been approved from my side.
For which I have received the number of the workshop manager who told me that they have indeed found the cap and that they have already took the bike apart and released the oil. No mention of the cap not fitting.
How is it that they even started to change the oil with the cap missing or them knowing that it does not fit???
After that told them that I will only pay that ridiculous quote they provided and leave my bike alone.
I have to get all the stuff redone because your guys have no clue of what proper maintenance is, start a job without the means to finish it and start a job without sending a quote and confirmation on the quote...

I came to the shop to clean my motorcycle. In the showroom I've purchased MucOff polisher to apply right away after cleaning. But it turned out that they apply it by default and not required to purchase separately. I returned polisher unused after 10 minutes I purchased it, they said can not do refund on card therefore they will return money on my IBAN on Monday (I made purchase at weekend). More than month passed but they didn't refund yet. I call them every 3-4 days, and every time they say lady which served me is not available now, they well check and call me back. But they don't call back. Sounds like I made purchase not from the shop but from that lady. Was thinking to buy Cardo in this shop, but now understanding that it's too risky to make big purchase in MotoHub, if something went wrong it maybe difficult to claim warranty or receive refund

I have been waiting for a quotation to receive from them. It has now been 11 days and I still have not received it. They take days to reply when I follow up and tell me we are busy, like I am not a customer. I have been a returning customer to them and get treated this way.
I was a bit skeptical about trying a new workshop, but Motohub exceeded all my expectations. The service was fast, friendly, and affordable. The staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail, and they even offered some valuable advice on how to maintain my vehicle. I'm so glad I found motohub and I'll definitely be back.

Very bad customer service ! I went in the store asking for a tank bag, the employee in the floor showed me where they are and all of a sudden he says he will need to come back to serve another customer. I stayed waiting 15 mins and he never came back while he saw i am waiting. He was just chatting with another client who probably felt more like serving him than me. When I asked shall I go home, he looked at another employee behind the counter who also refused to help. That's when I decided to leave and would not come back. They were completely ok with that.
Worst customer service. I called to ask them if they are open and some lady picked up saying her name is Sara and she was so rude . She said of course we are open thats why im picking up the phone. What type of service is this. I mean its my first time and this is how you answer a new customer ??? Do you think il ever some for any other thing now . Really really disappointed.
