Auto Pro – Dubai Nad Shamma Branch 7034 I recently visited Auto Pro in Nad Shamma, Dubai, and I must say the service was absolutely exceptional! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and beyond my expectations. The staff here are incredibly well-trained and attentive. The supervisor, whose name I unfortunately can’t recall, was extremely kind and made sure that I was taken care of in the best way possible. He went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the service and kept me informed throughout the process. His approach truly reflects great leadership and professionalism. Special recognition also goes to the gentleman who serviced my car. Though I can’t remember his name (he’s in the photo I have, apologies for my memory), his work was outstanding! He was thorough, efficient, and clearly very skilled. My car feels great after the service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend Auto Pro in Nad Shamma to anyone looking for top-notch car service. The team here clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows in their attention to detail and customer care. Car Tinting DSF offers is not worth it here as the coupon offer mentions 50% discount, however they want to charge 250 AED for old tint removal and no discount on this which makes it more expensive than other offers outside. Not recommended.

Car wash guys are soooooo soooooo soooooo slooooowwwwww , they spent almost 1 hour just for car wash , unfortunately this is unusual for pro wash brunches

I had a fantastic experience at AutoPro! Zahid, the technician, did an incredible job replacing the oil and filter in my car, and even fixed a small issue I was having. What really impressed me was that he went the extra mile and cleaned my engine bay for free. His attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back every single time to have Zahid work on my car. Highly recommended!"

I spent more than an hour waiting for 1 car to change oil, the location has 2 bays and 2 staff to handle each bay, they both decided to ignore the other bay and just help that one person cause he was from the same nationality, i kept asking and asking about why is there a delay and how the bay was empty and i kept getting ignored, i don’t understand how this is acceptable, i am very disappointed

Not happy with my latest experience… the workers didn’t close the radiator properly after the service hence a leaking issue was caused … not recommended

Too slow for the interior cleaning.Taking more time compared to other enoc stations. I passed on hour and still the cleaning not started. Eventhough there is no more than 6 cars in queue

Highly Recommended this branch for car PMS services, Their team is amazing and did a good job on my car. Also had my engine cleaned and guided me for any potential tear and wear parts. and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and expertise. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel like a valued customer.  Mechanics went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in top-notch condition. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend them for anyone in need of reliable and efficient car servicing. Thank you!!!
