1. I changed four tires here for 9440 dirhams. The mechanics will use various reasons to cheat you into extra consumption. Please ask them to quote you the price at one time before you hand over the car to them, otherwise they will keep adding new maintenance items during the maintenance process.

2. When I asked them to give me the receipt after I paid for the tire replacement, they said they would send the receipt to me on whatsapp in half an hour. After 3 days, I did not receive the receipt, and when I called them to ask for it, I was told to go to their store to get it. This is an untrustworthy repair shop.

Excellent service completeled in a timely manner with fair and competitive pricing. Staff are very professional and welcoming. Waiting area available for women. Highly recommend!

I went to do car services there , one of the worst experience. They put wrong model parts in my car and they refused to give a bill with what they have purchased. I kept on coming back and every time they were saying we found a new issue then i went to another garage and we found that wrong model parts have been put there which caused all of the problems and ofcourse asking for more money. They charge extra compared to other garages and moreover that they cheat there. Please avoid

Initially rated 5 stars when I purchased 4 Michelin tires. Great price and service.

Updated review - after 2 months of use, rear tyre sidewall small tear. Visited to enquire if I can change as I was advised at time if sale tyre came with warranty and if damaged can be replaced. When I enquired about warranty replacement, I didn’t get a straight forward response.

Waited 4 hours for a wheel alignment and was advised next in line, and kept getting delayed. Never visiting again

Anyone buying tyres here with a promise of warranty - be cautious and find out every detail how to claim warranty if something happens. After service is poor and they are not transparent

Mr. Abu hassem Mechanic is nice person. He did very good job and explained everything in right way . He did his job very well. I love his patience to detail . Awesome workshop. Tyre plus umm rammol.

Prices cheating and unprofessional people I have platinum card it gives 30% discount in maintenance work but when I told them about it they increased the cost 400 and also I went there to repair AC and they asked me to leave the car to charge the AC gas and when I came back to take the car I found it not working so I asked them why it is not working but one guy there started shouting and told me it is not our problem and spoke in very unprofessional way so I’m not recommending them anymore

Gave explanation for cost which is based of lie as it is easy to fool female lady customer the technician behaved.

Due to the very hot weather my car AC was not cooling, did gas and then later went but still it was not cool. So went again another day and after checking there was leakage in pipe, for that their Arabic speaking technician said charge is total Dhs.400. For repair fix of welding or closing the hole the technician charged DHS.300 and for gas refill DHS 100

Even though I was regular customer they gave me no consideration to help. When usually morning shift time one other supervisor staff was there before in March this year when I did brake works he was good and honest to whom I used to visit from the first time due to his good service. But now will not recommend this shop, as this shop comes first in umm ramool they have big attitude and don't care to keep loyal customer may be.

Very decent people with top notch services and reasonable prices. Glad to have found this place among so many others that loot you for basic tasks.
