A very poor customer service from sales counter it’s not good to mentioned that person name in public but over the phone they are rude and arrogant as saying like we are busy… couple of days parts are available all of sudden after today’s phone call parts not available. And those parts which i requested is not major parts also those are general service parts which always available in even very small spare parts shop. Such a shame to Munich auto parts to saying like we don’t have stock even they have in stock So wantedly that sales person said that we don’t have Defiantly can’t recommend to any one… Even there is single Star also waste for them

Worst customer service I called earlier and arrived before break time but the service member handling bmw parts had already gone for break. I was told to wait at his desk by the person handling Mercedes and 10 mins later after asking again I was told the guy had gone for break. Lowest of the low customer service
