Absolutely Terrible Experience – Stay Away!

Excellent service from The Healthy Home. Ali and his team were highly professional, well-equipped, and very respectful throughout the full AC deep cleaning (4 units). They showed me detailed before/after photos, explained everything clearly, and identified a leakage issue that will be followed up. The work was clean, efficient, and made a real difference in air quality for my family. I highly recommend asking for Ali — his team delivers serious results.

Freddy and his team from The Healthy Home did an incredible job cleaning our mattresses and sanitizing the entire house. The UV machine they used was amazing, and I really appreciated how careful they were around our kids and pets. Highly recommend!

I dont know from where I start, but honestly this company should be banned from UAE, I would advice to think multiple times to use their services.

What happened with me and they journey:

1- Requested their deep clean service for 3 ACs, they came and never did inspection first as per protocol.

2- They didnt clean properly as expected and they found some damages with insulation, and they were not able to access some of the AC coils and blowers, and worst!! They charged fully for it and carried out the work anyway which was absolute disaster, and one of the AC that covers master bedroom and kids room was down and damaged in the process that led us as a family sleep in living room as a result for two weeks.

3- They recommended to do full service to AC which they quoted and mobilized resources after 2 weeks from incident and admitted they should have done inspection first before they move with deep clean.

4- The service took 2 days and the outcome was, they brought the wrong AC engine unit, that damaged again the whole AC after 10 days and air flow in 2 rooms was blocked during the whole period, and confirmed by EMAAR that wrong unit was purchased and they didnt open the airflow in remaining rooms.

And what is shocking more, after second hand inspection mentioned that AC cleaning was not done was picture proofs and some ducts was not installed back was an absolute disaster of an experience.

Check the photos after claiming we did deep clean and fixing AC properly.

Conclusion, dont work or trust the services of this company:

- they lack empathy and charge for work that never happened.
- Inexperienced call center, not able to handle the situation.
- Deep clean team and report compared to other companies was very weak and not much evidence was provided except you need to bring another company to check after them, from how dishonest they are.
- the service team assured me even when I highlighted that things are not normal after fixing that couple of days things will be ok, like magically airflow will come alone in the rooms.

I had an excellent experience with Healthy Home. Their deep cleaning service for the mattresses and curtains was truly exceptional. Great AC Cleaning Job! Everything inside the house was covered with Plastic sheets, the team was wearing full PPE including masks and disposable shoe covers. The ducts were cleaned and sanitized and the grills were washed out properly.My home feels fresh, dust-free, and healthier, with noticeably cleaner air and reduced allergens. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

I ordered a deep AC cleaning with them and despite being told they need 7h to complete the job, they were gone in 3 and a half (including a 1h lunch they had). The following day, I saw leaking from the ceiling, which got stronger and stronger until the ceiling cracked. Needless to say, my kids were in the room when this happened. They did come to fix the problem, but the feeling of what could have possibly happened is bitter.
The following day it started leaking again and this time I was asked to pay for the repair; this is because they claimed it's not their problem (which they admitted the day before). How is it our problem since it never happened before they came into my house and after it happened for 2 times?
Avoid calling this company.

Team came for an inspection and quoted for an AC clean even though I did two AC cleans recently (as they insisted on it) then quoted for the mould at an expensive 4k total. After confirming the quote, they requested to quote for further works which will take it up to 6k total which is insanely expensive for a simple mould cleaning. I’ve reached out to other specialists who quoted at reasonable prices; I strongly recommend finding an alternative provider as they’re treating clients as cash cows. Try a free inspection and you’ll find they quote you for additional unnecessary works…

The team is professional with their dealings with customers. But was disappointed after I had the treatment done within 10 days the mold reappeared again confirmed with another inspection which had to pay for again.

This was my first time using this company for deep vacumming, deep wet cleaning furniture (sofa with cushions and sleeping bed) and I will definitely be using them again. Everything was exactly as described on their website. The team was very polite and professional—Freddie and Janaka did a fantastic job! Before starting they explained and demonstrated the cleaning process clearly and after offered helpful advices.
