One of the worst I've seen in my life. Everything is not professional, I gave the new car after scratching, painted disgustingly, the bumper twisted screws, glued with sealant. This is a car worth $200k. I don't recommend it to anyone. I discovered this when installing the protective film. Maybe this service is for cheap cars, but I don't advise anyone to give a good expensive car there. It looks like the body of the headlight was cracked and they just glued it together with a sealant, under the contract you need to change everything, they didn't even change it, they didn't even remove the bumper with paint, initially they said they would change the bumpers
Please improve your customer service. Basic knowledge of car is important when repairing or servicing them. Employ people who are not lazy to do small work. Also taking things from customer's car, even if "it's sweets only no madam" is still considered stealing.
Really disappointed with the service. First of all , when I was driving from the service I realised my foot was sliding down because the rubber rug was oily. It was very dangerous as I was on SH Zaed road and couldn't stop.
Secondly, I realised my front window has lines with white paint from inside and it is happening for the second time. I have consurns about other surfaces in my car.
Last but not least, I had small things in my arm rest storage . When I picked up the car all smal things were thrown on a back seat.
Service is really good. I heard about Dynatrade but never had any personal contact. I am in auto trade since 35 years. Service advisor Jobish is really humble and excellent in customer service.

visited Dyna Trade for a major service on my car and informed them that I was having an issue when starting the car, which I thought was related to the brake sensor. They assured me that they had fixed the problem, replaced the radiator, and everything else necessary. The service cost me around 6000. However, the next day, my car broke down, leaving me stranded far away. The issue is now worse than before, despite the payment supposedly covering a full inspection.
