During my car have a battery issue, I dropped my car there and I kept it almost a week then I pick my car after I received call from them to inform me my car completed. After that I surprised how the AC very hot and it’s wasn’t hot before I dropped my car to them even more I spoke with them, they told me not their issue so where ware issue came and why it’s came after I pick my car from them, anyways I went to another place to find out the solution of my Car AC issue and I surprised there’s leak form AC gas!!! How come. And why they don’t inform me the previous garage, really very bad services Even when I arrived to meet that guy who’s responsible ( shyam )for my car after my car battery completed. I found when I tried to reverse back I feel some chokes from my car And when I inform him, he request me to pay again!!! Why already I paid and it’s mention in the bill. So why he didn’t inform me for the chokes and requested to pay again!! Really not fair and try to cheat the customers Hence I will come back and will not advise to someone to visit this workshop. And by the way, this isn’t first time with this garage it’s several times but I will not come again in this workshop.
extremely disappointed with the service. I got oil changed of my Mercedes as they were doing in better price. Very next day some weird noise started coming i complained and gave my car back to them and they mentioned that they have topped up the oil etc etc but again the same issue came, and today while driving the car started giving jerks and engine sign got on. I have no clue what they have done with my well maintained car. I regret getting my car’s oil changed here to save some penny.

I believe their high rating is mostly from used car sales, not the repair service. I left my car 8 days ago for front and rear bumper damage—it's still just waiting for a cost estimation for the insurance, no work done yet. So for timing: 0 stars.
It's almost impossible to reach anyone. No one answers the phone except Ali, who helped on the first day. I appreciate his effort (1 star for him), but timing and updates aren’t his job—so overall, communication: 0 stars.
The garage looks clean, but I wonder if it's just for show. When I visited in person, nothing had changed. Same cars, same equipment, same position. Cars are stored under cloth-covered parking—better than nothing, so half a star.
So far, my rating is 1.5 to 2 stars. I’ll update after the actual repair work and timing. And if the garage replies with the same generic response they send to everyone ("call or email us"), I’ll lower the rating further. That kind of reply doesn't solve anything, especially when no one answers anyway.

Both the insurance company Sukoon and the garage itself are taking the things very slow. I initially gave 2 stars, hoping for some kind of response or improvement, but communication has completely broken down since then. It feels like they’re just stalling people now. I’ll share a full summary, including exactly how long it’s taking them to handle a simple front and rear bumper repair — and you can judge for yourself.
Also, it seems this garage might be more interested in selling second-hand cars, where they make better margins, rather than focusing on repairs. If that’s the case, customers who genuinely need repair services shouldn’t be directed to places like this.

I did not expect this service. After examining my car for faults, I was given prices that did not suit me. I called them and informed them half an hour before my arrival that I would be in the car to get ready. When it arrived it was not ready, and after paying they said it would be washed and brought, and I had to wait for a while. Only an hour to an hour and a half of waiting. When I asked, they said it is being washed now. When I went to the parking place, I saw the worker with the key in his hand, and he was not interested in washing it or handing it to me from the car wash, and I was waiting for more than an hour, wasting my time for nothing, and it is also expensive. Next time I will go to Dynatrade Auto Service and Repair Center, I suggest you people to really do this
I have been recently given them car which is damaged by rain through my insurance company, they said first engine is gone, they changed the engine and they delivered me car. After few days car had same issue and was not starting, I dropped again car to their showroom, they said, car has starting switch problem, they fixed it and delivered me car, on same day, car has same issue not starting again. Quality of service is really bad and no one is cooperating even their main supervisor do not meet with customers. Car is still with them, they could not identify what is exact issue? this is new car. Disappointed !!!
I have dealt with this company recently and found good deal. Staff is really helpful and knowledgeable! I need to MENTION special thanks to MUHSEN because his the one face of the company and customer service. His the best salesman I have seen ever in such companies. He knows how to handle the customers and explain everything A to Z… personally I should say “emirates moto” did right decision to have a salesman like him. Because he tries to show best thing in the company. I had walk with him to workshops till the purchase of the car, agreements, preparation etc. Any point and any consideration he can help as much as possible!
