I’ve dealt with many car service centers, but Renault is different. I don’t need to note down my next service date or put a reminder, they call me 1 week at least before the due date and 2 times during that 1 week to remind me. The team is super professional and explains what are the necessary things to be done without exaggerating to pay more. A big thanks to the team and specially Arun who I had the opportunity to deal with this time!

So slow I just came to take my car and took them almost 1 hour
They barely attend the call. It is difficult to get an appointment from them, if you are planning to go there directly without an appointment, then it depends on them, if they are free then they will attend or else they don’t care.
This entire showroom is literally only for show , the customer service is even below anything in this world . The reception and the sales men . We have been in the show room
For 20mins just walking around and nothing. Then we kept waiting for someone called syed and he was not helpful at all. It would have been a lot better if we didn’t waste our 20mins waiting and could have viewed other show Rooms.
