Customer Sentiment:
Overall customer sentiment appears mixed, leaning towards positive based on the high average rating of 4.2 out of 5 from 895 reviews. However, the provided sample reviews reveal a significant disparity in experiences. While some customers report exceptional service and positive interactions, others highlight significant issues with staff attentiveness, test ride booking, and post-sales support.
Service Quality:
Service quality is inconsistent. Positive experiences frequently mention specific staff members like Carla and Arun for their knowledge, attentiveness, and efficient handling of transactions. Conversely, negative feedback points to a lack of proactive assistance, unhelpful staff attitudes, and difficulties with test ride scheduling and resolving post-purchase issues like defective parts. The reliance on internal communication methods for sales information also detracts from the in-store experience.
Common Themes:
Recurring positive themes include praise for specific helpful and knowledgeable staff members. Negative themes consistently revolve around poor customer service, including staff being unresponsive or unwelcoming, difficulties with the test ride booking system, and inadequate post-sales support for technical issues.
Final Assessment:
Based on the provided data, the business demonstrates the potential for high-quality service, evidenced by the positive experiences and high overall rating. However, the significant negative feedback in the sample reviews indicates critical inconsistencies in service delivery. While some customers receive excellent support, others encounter frustrating experiences with staff attitude, accessibility, and problem resolution. To consistently deliver high-quality and reliable service, the business needs to address the reported issues with staff training, test ride booking procedures, and post-sales support responsiveness. The current state suggests that the quality of service is highly dependent on the individual staff member encountered.
Bought a new motorcycle SZ150. Sales manager was Elyas. After just 1 ride the motorcycle doesn’t start, most likely they sold me a defective battery. They gave a tech support contact which doesn’t reply for 2 weeks now
Came in for an initial view of the r7 and mt-7 bikes and received a great brief and introduction. Was happily assisted by Carla who was super attentive and accommodative. Great service and greater people :))
Carla was a excellent sales woman for giving me a good knowledge about motorcycle
I have been following this store for a long time and I couldn't wait to come to Dubai and visit it. Carla, with her kindness and professional approach, made shopping at this store an unforgettable experience. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable about the products and helpful in advising me on choosing the right equipment for me. I hope I will have the opportunity to visit this store again. Best wishes to everyone, especially to Carla and to the Dragon riders. Anita from Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
I purchased a Tracer GT9 + from Yamaha, and Mr. Arun helped me from the beginning. I don't even have to do anything. I simply selected the bike, and Mr. Arun handled the rest and bike was delivered to me after a couple of days. A wonderful man with remarkable expertise. Thank you arun and best of luck for your future.
I went to Yamaha motorcycle showroom today after receiving a notification about a sale event. Upon arrival, I was disheartened by the lack of customer service I encountered. Despite the showroom being devoid of other customers, I found myself wandering alone through the displays without any interaction from the staff. Feeling a bit lost, I approached one of the sales representatives for assistance, only to be met with a noticeable lack of enthusiasm and friendliness. The salesperson seemed to be in a negative mood and was not particularly helpful.
To my surprise, I was informed that the sale items were exclusively available through a WhatsApp file shared internally, which added to my disappointment. It was frustrating to not receive the expected level of service and support during my visit, especially when I was eager to explore the sale items and make a purchase. I hope that in the future, the showroom staff can offer a more welcoming and customer-focused experience to all visitors.
Spent 20 minutes in the showroom and no one helped us. Someone called Arron was saying I’m busy I’m busy although he was sitting on a desk very bad experience although you are serious buyers.
The staff at the SZR showroom was unfriendly and unwelcoming. I didn't stay for more than two minutes because they seemed irritated and did not approach me to offer help, even though they were just sitting in the back. I was the only customer in the shop at noon time, so there was no reason to justify their attitude. When I asked about the specifications, the staff member immediately gave me the price without providing any details, leaving me with the impression that the prices are expensive for me!
Their test ride booking is a joke, they only have 1 slot in the day at one hour, always a Tuesday and always at 2pm i attached a screenshot in june 2025, 6 months from today and there are no slots available aside from a tuesday at 2pm, and surprise, tuesday at 2pm is the person responsible lunch break time, so that unfortunate. You cannot go request for a test ride, you have to book and you have to be there exactly at the time otherwise they won’t and i mean WON’T entertain you. Not sure if this is Yamaha bikes or US embassy..
They were very helpful especially carla top notch highly recommended felt bad though as they didnt have the mt 03 available but ill definitely check the ajman one i loved mt 07 though
