Car Planet is an excellent and unique place for any audio visual requirement/upgrades for all vehicle models. The technicians have thorough knowledge on upgrades, and complete the job in a neat manner. I got my Rolls Royce vehicle fitted with Android auto and they did an amazing job. Dependable and trustworthy.

Charge premium for a mediocre service. They asked me to delete my previous review promising me that they will serve me better in their new branch in Abu Dhabi.

Two faces of the same coin. I load premium for peace of mind. I only got continuous issues which were later on addressed. But of course not worth the premium they charge you.

This is a sincere review and I don’t write it lightly.

I brought my Audi to fix a rattle issue with the subwoofer. After an inspection, I was told it wasn’t the subwoofer itself but required sound insulation to fix the rattling. They added the insulation, but when I tested it after picking up the car, the noise issue was exactly the same. There were no improvements at all.

They insisted I pay, even though the problem wasn’t fixed. I argued, and they said I could come back later, and they’d remove the insulation for a refund. Frustrated, I went home and decided to inspect it myself. What I found was shocking—sound insulation had been slapped on in the most careless and messy way, with no effort to address the actual problem.

I removed and reapplied the insulation properly, taking my time to do a neat and careful job, and the issue was immediately resolved. It’s clear they didn’t know what they were doing and made no effort to fix the issue properly.

These guys lack professionalism and skill. They didn’t solve the problem, wasted my time, and still tried to charge me. I wouldn’t trust them with any work.

I installed apple CarPlay in my BMW. It was an amazing job and these guys are real professionals . I waited bit long for the product, but now I am enjoying my rides . Thank you Car Planet for your excellent service . I am truly recommending this place . I am coming again for changing my speakers

I purchased an Apple Play system for my vehicle from this store for AED 2,100, and within just three months, the system stopped working with no display on the screen. I visited the store where they inspected the unit and promised to replace it within 2-3 days, part of warranty. However, nearly two months have passed with no updates or response. Despite several attempts to contact them(Philip, Deepak and the store number) through phone calls and WhatsApp, I have received no communication or resolution.

It’s extremely disappointing to see such a lack of customer support. While their service might be good when things are working fine, once there’s an issue, their responsiveness and commitment to resolving the problem is very poor. I would not recommend this store due to their inadequate after-sales service.

Just had the old infotainment system and rear camera replaced in my jeep wrangler. Really pleased with the outcome and level of service from Car Planet. They really went over and above to get it just right, including providing a new front dash panel at no extra cost! Thanks Car Planet team great job 👏

My search for the best Apple CarPlay installation in Dubai ends at Car Planet. Brilliant service guys. The team at Car Planet did an excellent job at installing the Apple CarPlay as an upgrade on my Car. They worked cleanly and neatly and clearly knew what they were doing. The installation was then neatly done in a timely fashion with excellent communication and follow-up. They really kept my car in good shape. They paid attention to all the details and did exactly as I asked. The customer service and the price are the best in Dubai. Thank you to the whole team of Car Planet. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back for more services

Overall a disappointing experience! Poor sales communication resulted in me spending more than they quoted. The equipment they installed does not do what they said it would/should. Had to return the car due to bad workmanship, they left a plug that controls my car gears completely off. Promised to correct things and now are silent leaving me no choice but to recall the payment and complain to Consumer Protection. Bad show guys! Get a grip.

The response to this review again shows a lack of attention to detail! You did not respond to my requests for support for days at all and in the end I had to threaten to make a consumer department complaint before you panicked and started to look for a resolution. I understand that you now have a resolution and I will give you the opportunity to correct the problem. Had you done a proper quality check before returning the car to me you would have known about the problem! I suspect you did but ignored it.

Regarding the disconnection below the gear lever. Whilst I appreciate that you did this as a courtesy, I did not expect it for free when I asked you to do it and would happily have paid. I had to point it out and drive the car 2 hours back to you to find that in fact you had not plugged it into the correct connector at all!

It seems again your priority is to shift blame here, not to own your mistakes and correct them.

The absolute worst! Go elsewhere or do it yourself. Damaged the leather, chipped the wood grain console, fascia not the correct fit, head unit installed not level, dash put back together out of square, center speaker cover broken beyond repair! Don’t do it guys! Horrible, disappointing and costly experience!
