Do repair that are not working. I had my phone now in for repair 4 times and the problem still exists. Now the warranty is out and they refuse to do a repair. Seems like the strategy is to fool customers with useless repairs until warranty is void. front desk seems unexperienced at all not even knowing any technical basics. Bluetooth was completely unknown to them.
i was given my phone for display change on 10-05-2017 they took 16 days of time to fix a display and they charged more than 60% of phone cost . eve though there were not done the work in professionally and i received my phone in a worst condition . what is the use of sending the phone to comtel unless they cant repair the phone in a good way , they have charged me 550 Dirham.for changing the display .after changing the display i found may variances in my phone like , volume button become harder and camera button harder and power key hard to press . this is very terrible i dont why sony cant able to handle the customer concern by his own way . comtel is thief . i suggeted friend never purchased a phone in which u r getting warranty from comtel . i sufferd alot with comtel . they have been hold my phone for 16 days without any replacement . when i meet to received my phone i straight away denied to collect as it was found in a worst condition than before , so friend never go for comtel warranty . for comtel i have one word for them black sheep in a white coat .
They claim that they can fix Xiaomi phones but they can't. They flash the mobile and give it back to you without checking the hardware. They don't have spare parts and the operator is rude enough to call me a lair. Not willing to do anything to change the customer opinion of them. Came all the way from Sharjah 4 times. First time to deliver the phone. Second time, to recover the data. third time to remove the screen lock because they didn't tell me that they needed to access the phone because they only told me that they will format it. Forth time to collect the phone.
Totally poor service. I went there for service of my MI 11 Ultra, and the service technician not willing to solve the issue mentioning the phone is not UAE version even though I had a global varient. A global brand like MI or Xiaomi can't provide service globally then what people will do when they buy any global varient and if so why they manufacturer global varient. Fed up with MI's this policy even more than 10 years of using MI I decided not to buy any phones from this brand and even recommend to anyone. Very hard to find the service center. Didn't mentioned exact details like office number. Office name is changed. And even phone number mentioned is not working.
Worst Customer Experience. I gave my Redmi note 10 for Display Replacement out of warranty. They Changed the Display but while receiving I noticed that the Speaker Mesh was Missing and also the Near the Camera Bump a gap in the Backdoor. I talked to the Reception Guy and the Technician and they are very rude. Finally the Supervisor agreed to Change and Today when i visited again to collect it that guy didn't inform me that the card machine is not working and when asked he told i will not remember to tell you that. 1. The Service Quality is Mid average as the Local Shops 2. The Reception staff is very very rude. better to avoid this Service center
