Fantastic customer service. Contacted these guys and received a call back the same day, and had a great quote inside 2. Booked in and had new audio installed within a day. this business does not deserve even one star! below is that exact flow of the discussion with a staff of the company after calling on the listed mobile number later afternoon: me: "hello i sent you a whats app this morning request for repair on a android tablet" employee: "we do not work on tablets we have not installed" still with attitude me: "ok, can you plz let me know the price of a new one" 10 secs into waiting the line disconnects 2 mins later i call back, no one pick ups 2 mins later i call back, rejects call to be fair, i contacted their neighbor and competitor, they were super prompt, professional, gave all the answers and advise needed and made it easy for me to decided to replace the current system. I will make sure i let every friend and acquaintance know how lousy Audiodirect is, and will refer my friends to their neighbor competitor. Simple. ------------- Update based on what appears below as answer of the owner: "Response from the owner13 minutes ago That's the Ramadan spirit from a fellow muslim.... How sad the world has become when starting his fast, presumtion on my behalf, this is what his niat (intention) is; to take food off someones plate. Disgusting" My Feedback: I do not understand the victimization, you or your employee has done a very bad job handling a customer request, failed to provide information to close a sale, failed to show good will and help a prospecting customer.....where are the ethics (Khuluq) of dealing with a customer? where is the work with intention of Ihsan? If anything, and not that i expect it, but an apology and corrective action is what is due, not victimization. Before you accuse someone with bad niya and taking food with someone's plate, let your employee do his part in serving a customer. i called twice to enure i get an answer for the price of a replacement and i get hanged up on. what do you want me to do, come to your shop and beg your employee to serve me?

Very pleased indeed with the advice I received before having a new sound system fitted. The work was then neatly done in a timely fashion with excellent communication and follow up (had a minor problem which was immediately rectified) Thank you, highly recommended.
