Had my partner's car on service today, and feeling lucky I joined her at drop off ... or she'd been paying way more. A rather chaotic reception and a service advisor (John) who's the kindest guy, but unfortunately under high pressure to start his upselling speech immediately: service plan, deep cleaning, detailing, ... It's alarming to notice that Honda service advisors are now running the same engine cleaning scam as the petrol station staff, even showing you a clean fuel injector ... while trying to mark up your bill. When really required, the cleaning additive should be included with the service. One bonus star for the detailed service report though! Great job by your mechanics 👏🏻 EDIT: one extra star for Honda AF compensating for the billing discrepancy. From 2 to 3 stars, but general customer care and skyrocketing service pricing could still be drastically improved.
I had my car serviced at Honda Sheikh Zayed Road and was assigned a service advisor Mr. John Coutinho. He was very polite, professional and explained in detail what needed to be done. As promised my car was ready for collection on time. I would definitely recommend Mr. John to my family and friends who need help with their car. Thanks again Mr. John for doing a wonderful job. Keep up the great work and stay safe always.
Normally the overall experience is quite good. But this time, aside from the exceptional and professional service I got from John, there was no drinking water, the coffee machine was out of order and the reception area was hot.

What used to be a reliable place for 6 years straight have failed me miserably today. Seems like the service took a down turn recently. After giving my car around 8:20 in the morning, the Agent called me at 3 to inform me the car is ready. I was happy that it was done on time so I told him I'll pick it up around 5. When I arrived 5:10 I told the Agent I'm in a hurry to pick up my daughter from nursery, he said it is parked somewhere else and it will take 10 minutes to bring it back. I have no clue behind this new process but guess when did I actually get the car? Around 5:45 with an unpleasant surprise that my car was dirtier than when I dropped it in the morning. I will try my best to get my money back for the remaining of my service contract and not come back again. Edit: they asked for my information although I raised two official complaints in their system the last one is: 8739013 and yet I did not receive any calls or even an apology.
