I had a fantastic experience at the Royal Enfield service station for my Guerrilla 450. The service was top-notch, and the team was extremely professional and knowledgeable. A special mention to Siddharth, my service advisor, who ensured everything was handled seamlessly, keeping me updated throughout the process. Also, big thanks to Riyaz, the technician, for his excellent work on my bike. The attention to detail and expertise really showed—I could feel the difference in performance right away! Highly recommend this service center to all Royal Enfield owners. Keep up the great work!
Poor customer service
Prompt No nonsense support and servicing. Appreciate the clarity of work description. Only request that you have a quick and reliable arrangement on tyres for my bike. It is a struggle finding a replacement tyre for my Interceptor and i failed the renewal test because of old tyres
The worst service provided for my meteor 350.
Long time to service. Agents don't respond or follow up.
The bike returned in bad condition. (Birds poop/ flat tyres/ drained battery)
They only sell you parts if you agree to service the bike with them, and even when you agree the parts are not available. Additionally I was sent back and forth between them and the showroom of RE for the required parts. No clue what they are doing and trying to keep their monopoly the on Royal Enfield Brand.
Very poor repair quality. Be careful. No stock of any parts.
للاسف ليس لديهم مرونه في نظام الدفع عن بعد ، حيث انهم اجبروني بالحضور واستلام الدراجه وقت عملهم الرسمي ، مع العلم بان في شهر رمضان توقيتهم حتى الساعه 2 (الظهر) وغير مناسب لركوب الدراجه بتاتا ، اتمنى يكون فيه مرونه مثل باقي الشركات وشكرا .
