Chasing them for a test drive appointment since months .. receiving calls from the call center that a sales representative will contact me .. but nobody calls

Extremely poor customer service even after multiple follow ups. Rude behaviour of sales consultants seems part of their training.
I am speechless and extremely shocked after my visit at Porsche Dubai Centre, SZR branch.

I called the showroom to get my 911 evaluated. The call center lady said I could just walk in and get the evaluation done. She didn't inform me that if I didn't opt for trade-in, I would be charged 500/-. When I reached Porsche, I was made to wait for 45minutes before someone could meet me. He was apparently busy with other customers. Does a company like Porsche have only one person in the pre owned cars section? Nobody seems helpful or concerned unless you want to buy a new car from them. The staff who attended to me was not apologetic nor helpful when i explained my experience to him. His only concern was the 500/-. He seemed more interested in making a sale to customers who wanted to buy. Very unprofessional setup

I have purchased many cars from Porsche Dubai, and it was always ok dealing with them. Until I met Marwa from the sales team Very unprofessional, no update no follow up and dealing with attitude. And I asked to change her she was calling and yelling.

I recently visited Al Nabooda and it was a pleasant experience. The place is well-maintained, and the atmosphere inside is cool and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I came for an interview, and I must say that the entire process was handled with utmost professionalism. It was a nice encounter, and I truly appreciate the professionalism of the team. Highly recommend this place!

Very Disappointing , seems they don’t care and won’t buy because of the poor service . We visited the showroom and asked for test driver . Have been following up with sales agent three times, he says cars are unavailable /never responds on time .
