Excellent customer service, don't take your lovely Aston Martin to any other place but here, they are the experts. The way they send you the report to approve the job is very excellent and detailed. Special thanks to Mr Nikhil and Mr Ghanesh for taking care of my cars in a very professional. The service prices are normal if we compare it with high end cars. I had an unsatisfactory experience with this team. I took my car in for a comprehensive checkup, which cost me 5,000 AED. Despite highlighting specific issues, I was not provided with a proper report. One of my main concerns was a grinding/creaking noise while braking. They didn’t attempt to troubleshoot the issue; instead, they simply provided an estimate stating that the steering wheel rack needed to be replaced, at a cost of around 60,000 AED. I managed to resolve the issue myself by replacing a broken transducer oil sensor.
Regarding the brakes, they recommended replacing the entire set of disc brakes for approximately 130,000 AED to address the noise. They claimed that the brake pads installed were of Chinese origin. I had already replaced the pads with Brembo ones at an independent garage, but the noise persisted. I later replaced the pads with PAGID (German) pads, which were quieter and performed better than the Brembos. However, they didn’t test my discs on another vehicle or try swapping them with a different set on mine.
I then visited another garage, where they swapped my discs with theirs, but the noise remained. However, when my discs were installed on their car, there was no noise. This indicates a lack of expertise, especially considering they are supposed to be Aston Martin dealers. On top of that, the team didn’t clean up a coffee spill left by the previous owner under the middle console—a simple task that would’ve taken only a few minutes.
I’m disappointed with the lack of professionalism and expertise, especially from a dealership representing a luxury brand like Aston Martin.
Attached is a picture of the broken sensor in the steering rack that was supposed to be changed at a price of 60,000 AED. I replaced it for just 560 AED and solved the matter. Also, you’ll find photos of the coffee spill before and after I cleaned it myself.
