Brought my car to Nissan with a puncture which they could not find and had a terrible experience, brought it in to BestDrive and Carlos found the puncture within 5 minutes and gave a good price for the service. Excellent customer service from Carlos and Mohammad. Would definitely recommend.

Great place! They were recommended to me by Adnan Gosheh from the dealership of Indian Motorcycle (Polaris) as they are both owned by Al Masaood. The prices are highly competitive and professional installation. They are distributors for Continental Tyres but they do have other brands also. I replaced all four tyres of my Jimny, they put nitrogen and did the alignment and balancing. I’m so happy with their services, would highly recommend!

I bought my tires from YallaTyres and had them delivered here. The staff was amazing—very fast and professional. The reception area was great, offering coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, which made the experience even better. I was very happy with the service; they also provided a detailed report and did the alignment and other necessary checks. Highly recommend!

One of the worst experience I have ever had, replaced 4 continental tires and did the alignment at the same day, Paid almost 3k dirhams for them and it got completely worn out and damaged in 9
months when I came to them asking to be replaced, Mr Hanif did not hold any accountability for the bad quality of the tires and put it on the suspension system when I got the car renewed and checked months before it and it had no problems, then said it was because of the alignment which isnt my responsibility, then blamed it on the tires pressure when it was 34, then blamed it on my speed. complete non sense never buying any continental tires again and I would never recommend them to anyone.

Please everyone do not make the same mistake my sister made. Spend a little more money and buy better quality safer tires like Pirelli that do not burst because of heat.

In May 2023 the insurance company replaced her two tires after an accident on the highway. The garage claimed that 2023 tires were not available so they placed 2022 “new tires”.

In less than 3 months the tire exploded on the highway in August. At first it was claimed that the heat of the summer was the cause. When we escalated on the basis of why they would sell a product that could not handle the Dubai summer heat, they then made the excuse that my sister must have hit the curb and that’s what caused the explosion.

She was driving on the highway at night and luckily on the slow lane. There was no curbs.

Please avoid using Continental tires because instead of doing a proper investigation to safe guard future buyers from the risk of a fatal accident due to tire failure, they want to save themselves AED 650 on tires.

Please buy more expensive, safer tires like Pirelli.

Spend a little more but do not risk the lives of your family. It’s too precious.

Shame on you Continental. This is not what I expect from German Engineering.

This is the second time I call for their service and I admit that their service standard is always beyond my expectations. For this second time they came to my home. My garage is still clean and tidy like they were never here. Kenneth is the agent that came both times and I will definitely require him if I do need their service again. Thank you guys
