So I have a 100,000km Ram 1500, and the magician Younus made it feels like a brand new cars with his wonderful hands. Best & top rated garage in Dubai. Took by BMW 420I for the Valve Cover Change, also did major services. Asked them to check rear reverse noise which was not checked and no feedback given stating no sound. The car still makes the noise in reverse parking. Rear Brake pads changed but the Lock were miss placed and when i called them it was told that it might had fallen off. Which is not the case both side brake lock will fall same time. I recommend work is Ok but they never accept the mistake of misplacing the brake locks. For me my safety is important than the charges, hence when other workshop give feedback that its not safe to drive the car without lock. I need to buy new brake pad locks for my car paying from my pocket and each side lock costs me AED 120 Each. Point is approach to handle a customer who paid AED 3200 for repair and when called back the feedback was not positive.
