**My experience with this shop was extremely disappointing.**
They charged an unreasonably high price, and the quality of car maintenance was terrible—absolutely third-class. They used basic engine oil but charged double the price. On top of that, they tried to scam me by claiming my car had major issues and handed me a huge quotation.

Mr. Arslan constantly pushed for unnecessary parts replacements. I had only gone in for a minor basic service, and they gave me a shocking quotation of AED 5,000. I panicked and went straight to the official Nissan Service Center, where they confirmed it was a scam—my car didn’t need any of the work they suggested.

**BEWARE! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.**
I was scammed for a simple engine filter, engine oil, and air filter—all charged at nearly double the normal price. They also wasted a lot of my time with unnecessary delays.

I believe in karma—dishonest practices like this won’t last long.

Best car service in Dubai. Everything is clean, neat. The main thing quickly and qualitatively. Good luck to you guys, I will definitely come back and recommend to everyone !!!!

For basic repairs probably ok. For anything serious, electric, etc, avoid this place. It’s waste of time and money. I had to send back my car to their garage twice because it was delivered to me not fully repaired… and till now I can’t open my back window and door because they don’t know what they did wrong when preparing something else … and they couldn't fix it even after going again and waiting for hours! Nice guys but their staff is really weak!

Had a great experience with HYTEC Auto Services! Super professional, quick, and efficient—had my car sorted and even dropped back to me within three hours. Fair pricing too. Would definitely recommend!

I had a fantastic experience at Hytec Auto Services for an electrical issue with my car. Umer was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem clearly. He not only fixed the issue quickly but also checked for any other potential problems. The service was prompt, and the pricing was fair. I highly recommend the workshop.

Incredible customer service, fantastic communication and very speedy and professional workmanship . Big shout out to Arslan who was nothing other than brilliant throughout! Highly recommend this amazing company. I’m a very happy customer and will be returning.

On 02/9/24 between 3.00 - 4.00 pm I took my car to HYTEC AUTO (found on Google) for unusual engine humming sound which was handled by one of their CSR's. I informed them that I had changed the spark plug and done total body clean up. I was asked to wait in their reception area.
After sometime I went to their service area where the mechanic checked the spark plugs and fitted them back. They, then started accelerating my car and a humongous amount of smoke filled the service area which was very unusual. I was told there was serious problem with my car and I should not drive it, but have it towed and it would cost me between AED 4000 to 6000 to have it rectified. A fear of danger was instilled into me for driving under such conditions.
I refused to accept their report and I took it to another garage Star Square Garage just 4 kilometers away for a second opinion. My hunch was right there was absolutely no problem in my car, the smoke was artificially created to instil fear and extract unreasonable repair charges. I called the same CSR back from the second garage and let him know what a great scammer he was. Please note I was driving the car the entire day that day and till today I did not detect any smoke even as I write.
I even let their management know about this scam expecting an apology only to be told that he would check and come back which never happened. So if you are dealing with this garage please TAKE A SECOND OPINION to avoid being scammed.

Promised that they installed genuine front brakes and paid for that in May. Today the car was inspected and found out the brakes are not genuine! Stop ripping off people.

Manager ARSALAN is a very rude person who doesn't have skills to deal with clients .
They ripped my car.
Please don't go to this garage 🙏
Plus, their mechanics don't know how to fix Range Rover.
Please consult with the dealership about the problem of your car before going to any local garage.
