After checking out several grage, I chose the car lab and it turned ouy to be right decision. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for making the whole process smooth and stress free.
I would highly not recommend this garage under any circumstances, I took my vehicle here for the first time a few weeks ago, I should've known it was a scam, they overcharged the simple job by 3 times the market price, after battling the price they agreed they were trying to rip me off and accepted a lower rate. The second time I took it last week for PPF wrap they promised me car will be done in 3-4 days, after day 4, day 5, day 6 and finally day 7 after false promises everyday that the car will be ready in a few hours it was finally ready for delivery, before they let me check the vehicle they demanded payment, in which I refused, once checking the car over I see that there were many scratches where they have mistreated the vehicle while in garage, they were using razor blades to cut the PPF wrap and had cut up all my vehicle, causing 10's of thousands of dirhams worth of damage, im still yet to see the full extent of the damage as I still have the PPF on they applied, not only this the work wrap they had applied contained many bubbles and many missed parts, all in alll I would expect a high quality wrap on my g63 having quoted me such high prices for the work, they have ruined my car and im refusing to pay for their awful service, I please you all please stay away from this garage at all costs! I am now mid police case with these people and wish them the best.
Simply the worst nightmare anyone could experience when giving their car to a garage. Unfortunately there is no zero or negative star option, cause that's what these people deserve. At the end of March i gave them my Ferrari F430 in perfect conditions for a very simple job: repaint the engine intake manifolds. I would have never trusted them with any mechanical issue (a proper garage takes care of them normally) but it seemed so hard to screw this up that I decided to go ahead. Then on April 5th i get a call from an employee (not even the manager!!!) called Ahmed that while "test driving" it (translates joy ride) he was involved in a crash with a bus that destroyed the whole front of my car. Photos are below. Under no circumstances he should have driven it, the air intake test could and should have been performed on stationary. Also, they never asked for my permission to do so. Bottom line...to this date June 25th 2024, the car is still rotting in their garage with no sign of resolution. I have not been able to start the repairs at a garage of my choice (definitely not them!!) nor i received any compensation for all the troubles they caused, which forces me now to put the matter into legal hands. Their incompetence, customer malpractice (the general manager Mubeen has been ignoring me for weeks now) and dishonesty in dealing with the matter has been totally shocking. Avoid them at all cost and don't believe a word they say. Also, donโt trust their 5 star reviews, most of them are comically fake ๐โฆ.
Took my car at the car lab and had great experience. The staff were friendly,honest and explained everything clearly. Fast service fair pricing and no surprises fees. I'd definitely be back.
Very well trusted, so fast , the charges are very reasonable compared to others. I would also like to thank Ahmed, the guys is amazing very knowledgeable and helpful , he always knows exactly what I need. Car Lab is highly recommended
