Poor workmanship,low quality, unsatisfactory finishings,neglecting hidden damages. Just namesake they will cover the damages and deliver.
Not recommended at all.
Been there and let us say it is not bad. I would suggest that our expectations should be based on what place you are and at this case with the number of loads they have, I am satisfied. Main thing is that they completed my car on my requested date. There are few things that needs rectifying but they also provide warranty and they take responsibility. Special thanks to Iyas who assisted me on my repairs and visit.
DO NOT USE, THEY LEFT MY CAR IN A WORST STATE THAN BEFORE, ALL OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE, HEY USED ALL MY PETROL AND TEH CAR IS SCRACTED. STAY WELL AWAY

I have given my car thru oman insurance to Mr Nivedh at Liwa garage. Mr Nivedh is very professional. They are very good at customer service along with good workmanship.
Not at all recommended. The work quality is just worst.. Poor customer service. Never try this workshop or you will regret.. Can't even do proper denting and painting. I went here because of the insurance and that will be my first and last experience with this third class company.

Since this garage is used by, my very reputable insurance provider, I figured they would be fine. I made a terrible decision to begin using them. There was an issue with my GL450. They said they could fix it, but they couldnโt. Best believe, I spent more than 20k attempting to resolve the problem, which was actually rather small. Every time they returned the car after allegedly fixing the problem, it would go back to them two or three days later with the same issue, they claimed to have fixed. One technician even had the cheek to inform me that, I needed to start the car at least once every day in order to avoid the problem. In essence, I would require a car sitter while on vacation, so they could start the vehicle once every day.
Literally, 2 days after they say they have fixed problem, this car would breakdown. To be fair the main person I delt with, was professional and provided excellent customer service. However, Iโm unsure of the skills and competencies of their technicians. Bear in mind, that if they take your car, they may keep it for up to a month. On several occasions, they kept my car for more than a month. At one point, they stated that they had sent the vehicle to their Mercedes expert, but after more than a month, I still didnโt have the car back. They kept taking money from me and bringing up other issues that were completely unrelated to the problem. The fact that they refused to acknowledge that they couldn't resolve the problem while continuing to demand payment from me and bring up topics that had absolutely nothing to do with the true problem, truly irritated me.
Long story short, I eventually took the car to the dealership (donโt why I was so scared of the dealership prices, lesson learnt), the dealership recommended a Mercedes expert and I kid you not, all along it was very minor issue and fixing it cost 4k. While I spent more than 20k in this garage that didn't even fix the problem.
Best part! When informed the garage about the issue with car and how it cost less with a real expert, they promised to refund some of the money, I had spent and asked for the receipts. I provided receipts and I never heard back from them. I called and messaged a couple of times and no joy!
I can never ever go back to this garage nor recommend it to anyone.
Qatar insurance refereed me to this work shop.They said the Rolls Royce parts are difficult to get so,Will take 30-40 days for the repairs to be processed.

Those guys know God Theyโve never lied to me They are life saviors Big shout out to my dear friend โโhappyโโ Heโs an honest Decent and a good man Today I went to another garage. They told me I need to change the AC. It will cost 5500 because Iโm driving Ford Edge 2014 I asked Liwa Garage (Happy) how much it will cost me the AC for the car. He told me 3000. I took my car to Happy and he discovered that the AC is working it was just a minor issue. He fixed it instead of paying 3000. I payed 100 Durham. God bless you guys
