Absolutely terrible After Sales experience – Frustrated and Desperate for Help I bought my car from Kavak in November 2024. From day one, it came with a failure. I live in Abu Dhabi, and I’ve had to drive to Dubai three separate times to the Kavak After Sales center for revision and repair — but the issue was never resolved. Eventually, they mentioned a supposed partnership with Al Khoory in Abu Dhabi. I took the car there, and thankfully, they finally identified the problems and sent a quotation to Kavak. That was over 8 days ago. Since then, I’ve made more than 10 phone calls, sent more than 10 messages, and received no proper response. Every time I reach out, I get the same line — “approval will take 3–4 days.” Yet here I am, still waiting. The lack of respect, zero accountability, and complete communication failure are beyond unacceptable. It’s very clear: they just don’t care. Imagine spending 103,000 AED on a car — and five months later, the problems it came with are still unresolved. No answers, no updates, no support. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disheartening experience. I would not recommend Kavak to anyone. To the team at Kavak: put yourself in our shoes as customers. Your After Sales service is broken, and people deserve better. Here’s a short video showing the many unanswered messages and the ongoing lack of support. this service center. We tried calling multiple times, but there was no response. Their customer service is unsatisfactory—no proper communication, no updates, and no willingness to assist. We couldn’t even get our car serviced, and they didn’t bother to share any necessary information. It seems like they are only interested in selling cars, but once the sale is done, their service disappears. We have a two-year warranty that requires servicing here, yet they make it impossible to avail of it. This lack of professionalism and commitment is unacceptable. Would not recommend this place for servicing and purchase at all!
Unfortunately I did not read the previous reviews before I buy my brand new car from Kavak, don’t do the same mistake and don’t deal with Kavack. The worst after sale service, the worst finance service, delivering brand new car with damage tires. I have trusted that brand new car should be delivered on perfect condition while we are in the UAE. But these guys are not professional and far away form UAE standards
Very poor after-sales service! After purchasing, they charge high fees but provide almost no proper support. They have over 100 employees for sales, but only 2 for after-sales service! and one answer the phone or follow up This clearly shows a lack of care for customers after they buy. Really disappointed with such weak management
