Absolutely fantastic experience at MRG Workshop! My car broke down on the side of the road, and I came across this workshop. They offered a free inspection, and it turned out that my dynamo needed to be replaced. In just four hours, they sourced the new dynamo and had it installed. Now my car is running perfectly! A huge thank you to the MRG team and Nadeem for their excellent service!

I have inspected a car as I was potentially buyer , those guys unprofessional and trust less , they didn’t talk about the faults in the car and speaking with the seller different language which I don’t understand, NOT recommended

They did a free health check on my car and even showed me a live inspection to keep things transparent. The team took care of the major service and fixed my main concern, which was an airbag issue, in a very professional way. They also did the necessary programming accurately. The technicians are clearly skilled, and the service was excellent. Overall, MRG stands out for being transparent, knowledgeable, and offering reasonable prices compared to other garages. I recently visited MRG Auto Care after purchasing a Groupon coupon for my car detailing needs. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Mr. Ashley, the owner, suggested that I should come during the week, and I took time off from work to do so.

However, when I arrived, the team analyzed my car and informed me that it would take longer than expected to detail it. I asked them to proceed with the work anyway since I had already spoken to the owner, but a lady supervisor who then called Mr. Ashley to confirm. Immediately over the phone, he informed me that he would charge me an additional 150 dirhams because he believed my car was "more dirty" than expected.

When I asked for an explanation, Mr. Ashley asked me to wait for 10 minutes so he could come and see the car. He spent a mere 5 seconds looking at it before refusing to do the work and suggesting that I request a refund from Groupon. It is clear to me that MRG Auto Care is more interested in generating leads than providing quality services.

Overall, I would not recommend MRG Auto Care based on my experience. Their business practices seem unethical, and I felt cheated by their attempt to force me to pay more by making excuses about my car being "more dirty." I hope that others considering their services will be cautious and think twice before doing business with them.

I visited this workshop after a friend recommended them. I told them about an issue with my Nissan Patrol, and they did a thorough health check for free. They sent me a detailed report and a very reasonable quote the next day. The work was done quickly and professionally. A special thanks to Nadeem and Moiz for their quick assistance. I’d suggest making an appointment before heading in to avoid waiting. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

They are very irresponsible. They’re advertising on Groupon. It explains in great detail what is included. I contacted an employee of this company before purchasing it. However, after he checked the condition of my car, he would confirm if I could really use the coupon, if not, he would give me another quotation. It’s simply car cleaning, so you can just do what they list, but they don’t intend to pre-confirm it to inflate the cost. And even though the coupons belong to their company, they make a very irresponsible statement that they are sold by Groupon. so you need to be very careful when using this place, they will ask for an additional charge in any way. And the one who called me was very unprofessional.

This place is a joke, I will have to get my car repainted after their polishing!! The detailing was also a disaster I feel swindled.
