I had an issue with my Audi A4 where the reverse gear was not working. I initially visited a service center where they inspected my car and quoted AED 11,500 for a complete transmission overhaul. While researching online, I came across Exige Auto Services and reached out to Mr. Abdul Aziz via WhatsApp. He promptly responded and estimated the cost to be between AED 6,000 to AED 13,000, depending on the inspection results. Today, I visited their service center, and after diagnosing the issue, the team immediately identified that the previous service center had used cheap/wrong transmission oil. Instead of recommending an expensive overhaul, they advised replacing the transmission oil and filter, along with a few necessary adjustments. After the service, the transmission started working perfectly fine. I truly appreciate Mr. Abdul and his team for their honesty and professionalism. Instead of unnecessarily replacing the entire gearbox and charging an exorbitant amount, they focused on resolving the actual issue at a total cost of just AED 1,000. Their customer-first approach rather than a profit-driven mindset is truly commendable. I highly recommend Exige Auto Services for their trustworthy and skilled service. Quick & Reliable service I was facing some coolant issues with my 2017 Rang Rover I get a estimate of 9500.AED from a Rang Rover expert Workshop well known in Dubai always I send my vehicle for service there. While searching on Google I contact Exige auto by WhatsApp the response was Quick & offer a free inspection next day when I visited them they inspected my vehicle & they showed me the coolant hose which was leaking The fixing cost me 2750. AED including the service charges with Original parts they fixed the issue while I was waiting within 2 hours. Thanks to Mr. Abdul Aziz & his team for their professionalism & honesty Highly recommended.
