I brought my Bentley to Apex Auto Garage for service and i was impressed with the professionalism. The staff knew exactly how to handle high end cars and they delivered exceptional results. Will definitely come back for future service.
I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Apex Auto Garage. It took them nearly three months just to return my car with only one side Suspension, headlight and minor fender damage, and even then, it was only partially fixed. Not only did they fail to resolve all the issues, but they actually managed to create more problems by incorrectly programming both the radar and headlight modules. Their body shop team is completely incompetent, and the electric team seems like they're just amateurs experimenting on customers' cars. The staff, led by an unprofessional owner, excels in making empty promises and squandering time. While Mr. Sayyed and Ms. Natalie seemed to genuinely care about my car, the rest of the team's incompetence overshadowed their efforts. The only silver lining in this nightmare was mechanic Mr. Rizvan, who seemed competent amidst the chaos. Overall, this has been the worst automotive experience of my life. Steer clear of Apex Auto Garage unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment."
I had an accident recently, and my insurance company recommended Apex Auto Garage for the repairs. I'm really glad they did. Mr. Raman, the adviser, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. He kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made sure the repairs were done properly. The service took some time, but the quality and care were excellent. Thanks to Mr. Raman and the team for making a stressful situation much easier to handle.
I recently had my Porsche repaired at Apex Garage after an accident, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The service advisor, Mr. Tanveer, initially promised that the repairs would be completed within a month, but it took over three agonizing months to get my car back. The delays were unbearable, and communication was virtually non-existent.
To make matters worse, the paint job was abysmal. The car came back with visible imperfections and a lack of attention to detail that is simply unacceptable for such a high-end vehicle. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the subpar quality of the work done.
This experience has been incredibly stressful and has left me questioning the competence of Apex Garage. I sincerely hope they take this feedback to heart and make significant improvements in their repair quality and customer service.
I recommend this garage, the work is excellent and reliable. I thank the supervisor Raman and Ms. Eba for following up and giving me updates regarding the repair of my G-Class from the day it was brought in until it was finished. Highly recommended
Iโve been totally SCAMMED by this company.
I paid 10.5K AED for PPF on my brand new car. I was told I had 5 years warranty.
2 years in, the PPF is completely yellowed. Which should be covered under my warranty.
5 months of calls to the company, getting DLD involved etc.. and the company just continues to just ignore my calls & not give me a replacement or refund Iโm entitled to under the warranty.
Do not use this company. Iโm beyond disappointed in how they do business & 10500aed down the drain.

The baddest garage, baddest service and unprofessional manager ( Ayoub ) I have got in my life, I gave them the car in 17th of March and they got the approval on 25th of March from the insurance, it has been with them since 1 month and 10 days, they telling me stories about parts and painting, the floor manager ( Ayoub ) doesnโt answer and when he answered I told him the story he doesnโt know what to say he hanged out the phone in my face I called him again I surprised that he blocked my calls ( what a service)! And he is always out of the office, I tried to call another employees they donโt also answer and when they answered they donโt have any updates, I zero suggest this garage and for sure Iโm gonna do a big complaint.
