Autotrak Auto Service Centre provides excellent service — highly recommended!

Beware !!!!!! They will try to scam you and charge you 13000AED for a maintenance job, like they did with me, which will only cost you 350AED elsewhere, beware!!!

Excellent service given by Mr. Pavithra and team as always. Now I am a regular customer no need to think twice in a car technical issues. Thanks for everything guys, only the request is to keep continue your good service long last..

Found this place by the Reddit recommendation.
I had some noise from suspension on my LR4. They did a full diagnostic(which costs 250 Aed) and told me that there are a lot of parts in suspension must be changed. The price for emergency work is 6k, the full service is around 15k.

Then, I took my car back and drove to my previous garage. They solved the problem for 1.5k.

The funny thing is that the noise was from upper arm, which Autotrak didn’t advice to replace. That means if I would spent 6k in Autotrak - the noice wouldn’t have gone.

I don’t know how good they are for other cars, but for Land Rover aren’t good.
For LR owners advise to have a look at other garages.

Highly recommended. You can expect a high standard of service for a reasonable price. I’ve been using their services 4+ years and i’m highly satisfied with their quality of work. Kudos to Pavithra who is very knowledgable and friendly who handled all my issues with professionalism.

I have been using this garage for many years for my BMW and i am beyond happy. Amazing team, never let me down even during the weekends. Mr Jay (big boss) is a star! An hour ago I was thinking that I will be left without my car for a week, but it has just been fixed in an instant! Not changing this place for any other garage in Dubai.

The best in Dubai ! I honestly couldn’t be happier. Autotrak fixed my car in 1 day when the dealer shop and others garages all told me it would take 2 weeks. In Autotrak they are quick, efficient, polite and serious. And most important super fast to repair your car. I’m glad I got their contact !

Today I had the opportunity to visit Autotrak car service garage at their new location, and while I know and being an old customer that their service to be relatively good with pleasant employees and reasonable prices, I was disappointed by the lack of improvement in their premises.

The move to a new location gave me hope that Autotrak would take advantage of this opportunity to enhance the overall quality of their facilities. However, it was disheartening to find that they had not utilized this move to make any significant changes. The workshop remained disorganized.
The quality of the new premises itself was subpar. The general appearance of the garage was not appealing, with signs of wear and tear evident throughout. The tidiness of the facility left much to be desired, and it did not inspire confidence in their attention to detail when working on customers' vehicles.

While the service provided by Autotrak was satisfactory, the lack of improvement in their premises was a missed opportunity. Investing in an inviting and well-organized workspace would not only improve customer satisfaction but also reflect positively on the overall professionalism of the establishment.

The good news is that suuch issues can be easily resolved if there is a will to do so.
