I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Legend Automotive Services. Over a year ago, I brought my car to their workshop for front bumper repairs after a minor accident. Recently, during a wheel alignment at another shop, they mechanic has pointed out that the engine protection cover was missing. I am confident this part was removed by Legend Automotiveโs team during the repair process and was never reinstalled as my vehicle was not sent to any other workshop since then. When I approached them to resolve this issue, I expected professionalism and accountability. Instead, they refused to take responsibility and asked me to pay for the replacement part and for the labor charges, despite the clear oversight being on their end. Their response was that the vehicle had been out of their workshop for too long, and they only offer a 3 month warranty. This is not about warranty, itโs about their teamโs negligence and failure to reinstall a part they removed. Their handling of this situation reflects poorly on their customer service and commitment to quality. A reputable workshop would acknowledge their mistake and rectify it without burdening the customer. Unfortunately, Legend Automotive has chosen to prioritize profit over customer trust.
I thought my car wouldnโt be repaired and if it happen surely it wont be that good, since I am an insurance employee in โmotors insuranceโ and I know how some garage is working.. but Jishnu really amazed me with the results, I was doubting him but he proofed the opposite to me and surely I will recommend him specially and LEGEND WORLD for my superiors. Their quality of work equal to the car agency and better.. thank you Jishnu for stunning efforts

My positive experience quickly turned into a nightmare. I was misled by Mohamed Nazim and my Qatar insurance about my car repair. I plan to take legal action and file a consumer rights complaint as soon as I receive my damaged car back. SANADAK was unhelpful and wasted my time further.I contacted you on the mobile given and there was a no further support just a waste of time
