I recently had my car serviced , the staff was welcoming and professional. They took the time to explain the services needed and provided a clear estimate before starting any work. my car was ready on the same day I appreciate their honesty and transparency ,their pricing is very reasonable
I sent my car for a full check up.. first I waited 2 hours and then they took 6 hours to check my car and came up with conclusions that any other garage can come up with in an hour.. rather than focusing on accidents, painted panels and major engine and transmission issues within the car they just give you a list of service parts “recommended” to be changed while that is not even why I sent the car or asked them to check in the first place. They don’t know what they are doing.. something such as sweating they define as a “major oil leak”. It’s all about show business highly not recommended and really poor work.

I was going to many other workshops but i didn't get to fix my car. But German Auto Expert Professional mechanics fixed my car swiftly. Highly recommend this workshop!
I was sitting there waiting and waiting for more than 4 hours. They "called" "multiple times" the driver to see where my spark plugs are and they kept telling me that are coming, are on the way, 10 minutes, etc..... Then at 4 o'clock everyone left and i was still waiting.. After i asked again around 4:30 to check with the delivery i was told that the spark plugs were delivered long time ago and were in the shop for hours!!! So nobody knew that the plugs were delivered and i wasted all my day waiting for parts that were in the shop for hours. They take so many cars at same time that they loose track of each car and its parts..
Totally unacceptable.. Never going again
UPDATE : after they "fixed" my car i had the same problem. Visited eventually Al Tayer and found out that the spark plugs were different from each other and in addition (even worse) not appropriate for my car. I called them and explained to them everything with photo evidences asking for my money back and the answer was that their supplier says it is the correct parts and they don't care,despite the fact that ford and one other supplier said parts are incorrect and not appropriate for my engine.
Not to mention that they tried to bribe me to remove my bad review in exchange of a free car service..
If you want peace of mind DON'T GO NEAR THAT GARAGE. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 0 AND IT SEEMS THAT THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING ON THE CARS.
They dont have any experience for car
My car is G63AMG they dont how to chnage air filters 3 persons try to open air filters and fix it . even for oli first they use fake oil and put it in mobile 1 package after i see and complain is not vacuumed again they change oli with new package .
and olso they dont know level of oli i tought they put more oil in my car dont give a luxury car to them and dont trust them and don’t leave your car alone with them .
they are good for Toyota yaris may be

Worst service ever, they just ignore you if they don’t have an answer for your questions .
