Did my ceramic coating here today. The people there are amazing. After very long time I am seeing a team who care more for your car than their business. They don't push you for their products but do what you need. Marjan is the go to person for your car detailing or coating or wrapping or tinting needs. I am not exaggerating, I will go there again just for their customer service.

Eric and team did a good job. Now the car interiors feel like new. Highly recommended. They even have the mobile service which makes the service more flexible.

I recently had both the interior and exterior of my car detailed. While the exterior detailing was fine, the interior detailing fell short of my expectations, particularly considering the price I paid.

There were several areas on the inside that remained uncleaned, including the backseat pocket (wrappers and other garbage still present), middle mirror, trunk (not vacuumed thoroughly), and gearbox (stain remained). These were pointed out to the staff at the time of collection, and they rectified the issues on the spot.

Unfortunately, upon further inspection at home, I discovered additional areas that hadn't been cleaned at all: dust around the sunroof, unclean nooks and crannies near the seats, and untouched/dirty screws, suggesting the seats might not have been removed for a complete clean.

I contacted them, and they sent someone to fix these remaining issues at my location.

While I appreciate their effort to resolve the situation, the overall experience fell short of my expectations.

I recently had ceramic coating and tinting done on my MG GT at Snash, and I highly recommend their service. I’m extremely satisfied with the results. Marjan, a staff member, explained all the product details and features thoroughly, including the benefits of each option. The service was cost-effective, with a long warranty. Mr. Nadeer, the owner, was personally involved throughout the process, which added to the overall positive experience. I’m a very happy customer.

I was so skeptic about turning my glossy Genesis into matte. But the guys at Snash have done an amazing job! I absolutely love how my car looks now. Will definitely recommend Snash to anyone looking to protect their car.

If I can give them 0, I will.

The price is very high for their poor services.

The results are worse than what I expected; they couldn't remove the stain whatsoever, and their interior detailing is the worst ever.

I'm definitely not using their services again, nor will I recommend them to anyone who cares about quality.

More than this they remove the most important sticker in my car and throw it away :)

Advice: if you can't do something just say it don't promise the great outcomes when you don't have the proper tools and skills.

They forget the detail in ‘Car detailing’. They are poor in cleaning interior. My interior was dirty even after returning the car to them a second time, after I was unhappy with first job. Are my standards for a clean car different? Well no, if I can remove dirt with the first wipe of a miniso wet wipe, then car is dirty. They forgot to remove sticker residue from old SALIK. Sunroof well was still dirty.

I am not fishing for money, I didn’t ask for a refund. The job was done, my car is cleaner than I gave it to them. But the care you expect from an interior detailing was not given.

And for the exterior “detailing” there was still dirt between letters of the car name. It got easily removed at an Emarat car wash.

If anyone can suggest a reliable interior deep clean place, I will be grateful.

After taking my car back and comparing how it wqs and how it was and how it is now
I am sure they have only did a normal cleaning (a gas station cleaning) from inside
They did an outside polish but they definitely didn’t do the rims as i asked him to do the rims when he said this the maximum we can do ; surprisingly the dirt went out with my hand , then they did the polish
They have charged me 700 aed and i honestly feel that i have pulled a fast one

Wilber and Makdoom have been on time. Worked 3 hours on cleaning my car. The result is absolutely amazing! Every corner, every inch is literally cleaned. My sincere respect for these guys. They have delivered an incredible job!

Worst service wast of time never order they’re service I call them for car wash inside and outside and they lie and say no you didn’t ask for this I came from work didn’t sleep waiting for them and they didn’t do my any thing for it just say sorry they don’t deserve Evan one star I’m really mad they waste my time
