Booked for the 5th of May. The work quality itself is good. Having said that, the service element and manners alot less. Staff used the two toilets, no problem at all, but both toilets toilet seats and the ground were urinated on. In addition, finger and palm prints were left on the just newly installed ceiling tiles. The company agreed to fix the issue, which should happen as agreed on last week. Still awaiting.
Great service. The staff was on time and completed the work in a very professional manner. definitely recommend them and will use them again. They did a very clean painting job in our house.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with them. Bad customer experience & quality. The paint I received was inconsistent and nearly impossible to fix it. Additionally, several damaged to my other items in the house. To make matters worse, their return policy is a nightmare. They refused to accept returns on the defective items and offered no compensation or replacements. In the end I had to re do everything again and pay from my pocket to fix the damages! It was waste of time & money.
I recently call this company to clean my AC ducts and fix a leakage, but it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! They arrived late and left my home messy. The ducts were still dirty after their visit, and despite coming out twice, they failed to fix the leakage. Their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend ( just fix it )to anyone. It was a complete waste of money !!
My experience with this company was incredibly disappointing! They failed to properly clean or fix my AC ducts despite multiple attempts. It felt like a WASTE OF TIME & MONEY ! Their customer service was unhelpful too. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
