Excellent customer service. Turned up with no appointment, garage was busy but was seen straight away. They ran a quick diagnostics and were able to resolve the issue on the spot, they replaced the battery for me and even cleaned my car inside and out. Great service. Thank you!
I have been taking my Porsche Cayenne to Rapido Garage for 3 years now and can say that I am really satisfied with customer support, prices for parts and service (I did compare the prices), and their pick-up and drop-off service is very convenient. Since they service top-tier level cars, it also speaks about the level of trust the clients have and that the team does a great job. The manager Behzod goes far and beyond to provide the best service possible, always does his best to accommodate any requests and the quality of work is at the top level. Never had any issue, always satisfied and they can be trusted.

After explaining my car problems to the staff, I was assured that the necessary repairs would be completed. However, when I picked up my vehicle, I quickly realized that the issues had not been resolved at all. To make matters worse, I had to return to the garage shortly after because the same problems persisted.
On my second visit, I encountered a different worker who seemed to be unaware of my previous visit. He suggested that I needed to change several spare parts – parts that were supposedly replaced during my first visit. This left me feeling disheartened and questioning the integrity of the service I received. It felt like I was misled about the condition of my car and the work that had supposedly been done.
The lack of transparency and communication was appalling. I expect honesty and quality service when I take my vehicle to a garage, and sadly, Rapido Garage failed on both fronts. I cannot recommend this garage based on my experience,

I’ve been coming to this garage since I bought my car four years ago. They’re the best service I’ve experienced in Dubai. Honest staff and manager. Very quick turnaround time. And rigorous in their work. Sometimes I tried other garages that were on the way and I needed something quickly done, but I always regret it. Now I just know my car is in safe hands with these guys. Recommend them to everyone who cares about their car.
My personal experience has been really bad for me, with this garage. I have a Chrysler 300c, got many work done by Rapido garage and got my car back on 5th August. Spark plug, oil, transmission fluid, brake pad, lower and upper arms, and drive shaft all changed. Brake disk to be skimmed and coolant flashed etc etc. AED7.7K was the bill.
After I got the car back, i went to get my tyres changed and the tyre shop employee says the brake pad sticker is still on, which surprised me. I send the picture right away (on 6th august) and was told that the sticker should be on (even though it says remove sticker before fitting). Also, the disk doesn't look skimmed to me (attached photo), but have been explained that it might have caught rust within one day. I am not an expert to contest that, so maybe i am wrong there.
When I opened the hood of my car, my engine cover is missing! When I call the general manager of the garage to explain, he said the sticker doesn't affect safety and the disk was skimmed and must have got rusted since they gave my car to me, and the engine cover is still there and i can take it back anytime i want. Didn't get a good feeling from talking to him, my personal thought.
Even though they say i should bring my car to the garage and they will fix all the faults (having claimed there were no faults), i don't trust this garage anymore so will probably go to another place - as i drive on highway and my safety is priority over anything else. I will buy another engine cover, don't want to visit this place ever again.
added after reply from general manager:
i took the picture on 6th august which is the next day after delivery of my car, so there is no chance of rust in one day.
Also, nobody told me on the phone that my engine cover was left behind.
the reason why i won't give my car back for rectification is that i don't trust you anymore. Service is something based on trust, nothing else.
Instead of trying to justify the poor service, please try and improve your internal quality control so nobody else has some of the car parts left behind in your shop and be driving with brakes that aren't properly fixed.
worst customer service ever imo.
One of the worst garages in the Emirates. I took my car to them to have the bumpers painted, and when they couldn't match the color to the rest of the car, they painted the entire front of the car and the back as well. After six months, the paint started peeling, and they lost me nearly ten thousand dollars off the value of the car
Overly expensive. Got a quote of 2785aed for changing the brake pads +. Sensor + brake fluid that costs 1600 aed in a garage on the same street. And with bmw itself it costs 1850 aed . Trying to make a fool out of people.
Very bad service and not punctual at time , they took more than 25 days to repair my Range Rover sport 2020, staff very disrespectful, keep delaying work and my car is still having problems. Manager is not cooperating. Even they fixed my bumper with screws . Brand new bumper , hilarious the way they work. They broke my dashboard gloves box . حسبيالله ونعم الوكيل scammers
