I had a worst experience with this company. New fridge I bought was not working they came to take it and bring it back after 5 days( house without fridge 5 days), when they bring back thanks god was working but they missed to put a part of fridge shelf. Trying to get in touch with them with no response. Looking forward to hearing back soon.
Very disappointed with product quality and after-sales service I bought a Bertazzoni gas oven from Jashanmal, expecting high quality since it’s an Italian brand. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The oven glass shattered by itself without any impact, and the handle became loose after a short period of use. When I contacted their support team through WhatsApp to request assistance and parts, I received no proper response despite following up several times. Even worse, when I asked for a quote to replace the oven door, they insisted on charging me 175 just to “inspect” the issue — even though I had already shared clear pictures showing the problem. Compared to other retailers, my experience with Jashanmal has been much worse. Based on this, I will not be purchasing anything from them again, and I would caution others to think twice before trusting their product quality and customer support.
