Guys an accusation is when someone sharing baseless rumors, here I am stating facts:
1- I paid for new radiator, you put a cracked one (infinity agency confirmed)
2- you changed the hoses, again bad quality
3- break pad not fixed properly even after 3 times re-fixing.
4- Axle boot not fixed properly and leaking
5- engine oil pan leaking after 3 times fixing… and so on
* you are happy offering 1 week car when you keep my car for a month?!
*Axle boot break again and start leaking in less 10k km?!
* I requested Meshan to send the bill and he didn’t.
* Your accusation of threatening is baseless, this never happened, I simply posted honest review and you requested me to remove it and i did, because of the mutual respect we enjoyed, where is the threat here?
But this respect destroyed my car at the end.

Be ready to pay twice.
I sent the car to service my car and they found out that axle boot job is either not done or done poorly, I now have to again pay and fix the boot that was supposed to be fixed by quick service auto (photos attached).
***** Update 21st of June *****
I had to send the car again for the 3rd time to simply fix the break whistle (video attached)
Today they refused to fix the absorber and boot, since they have done this job poorly this damaged other parts of the absorber (hear it in the video).
Now with my respect, will take things legally with the garage.
Someone complained that I am always unhappy, for sure, when you do your job properly I will have no reason not to be happy.

The garage service and repair quality degraded till it became miserable.
In the last few years I always had to come back to the garage is the fixing didn’t work form first time.
I wrote many bad reviews and the owner convinced me to remove them earlier but this one is here to stay.
They kept my car for 18 days for hand break fixing (they broke it), Zubair offered a rental car for a week promising the car will e ready tomorrow or day after… a week elapsed and the car came after 9 days of his promise.. total 18 days.
The main issue is now, these guys LIE, not only huge delays but also broke the window button and lied about fixing it, even the hand brake after is now loose and not stopping the car.
In addition, my car was kept outside with window open to accumulate sand and dirt.
Adios guys, time to leave this garage.

Being honest as usual :
I went to the shop and paid for inspection
Then i was chasing them back to provide me with the list of parts to change.
Prices given to me were very high compared to whats in the market.
What i didnt like trully is some parts needed just fixes but they told me to change them all.
I repaired the car somewhere else with very good prices and more honesty.
I came to quick service auto cuz of reviews but apparently they're not all true i suppose.
Your reply proves the point, u don't register anything and i am Not Wrong
I can go on and on but to everyone out there simply AVOID! Shoddy work, guesswork, dirty and unorganized premises, broken promises, broken deadlines, repeated visits to rectify what they have “fixed”, no communication, barely anyone who speaks intelligently or coherently, no compensation for costs incurred, time wasters, work done outside the workshop on the kerbside, etc etc etc. Yet again I rest my case and AVOID!
p.s: be very wary of dubious and dodgy positive reviews
4 MONTHS LATER CAR WENT TO THE DEALER AS AIRCONDITIONING NOT WORKING PROPERLY…DIAGNOSIS IS DODGY WORKMANSHIP AND QUESTIONABLE PARTS
Outstanding service at Quick Service Garage! Their technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing and fixing my AC issue with precision. The service was efficient, and the pricing was fair with no hidden charges. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and professional car repairs!
The mechanic and manager is very unprofessional and full of lies. I surprise the fact that very high grade review about this garage(???). I visited there for ac service. They did not have operative AC recharge machine that they claimed they have one working(lie). Mechanic tried to add refrigerant without recovering and vacuuming ac system(unprofessional). He did not know how much refrigerant in the car but still wanted to add refrigerant manually(very unprofessional). This will break your ac system down for good. They don’t care about your car, not professional at all. I complained manager about unskillful practice and he lied and tried to give false information(lie again). Even manager told me that they will do vacuum system and checking system leak, add oil etc even he know that they don’t have ac recovery and charge machine over the phone.(lie…) Be vigilant not be victim! If you don’t have knowledge about car, they will try to fool you by all means. 1 star review because mechanic’s unprofessional practice(-2 star)and tried to fool customers with false information(-2 star).
This garage is a complete scam, please be aware, i bring him a car that overheats, he took 4 hours to be able to check it, i watched him while was checkin, it was only by looking at the engine and radiator, did not even check with computer or electricity, done. He told me that it will cost 3500 AED to be fixed, the car needs new fan, new radiator, new thermostat, and new water pump. I was surprised about this.
So for sure i knew he was just trying to scam me i took the car and went outside to find another simple and small garage, i ask him to check the car, be bring a wire and checked if the fan was working and yes it was working and all the issue was a fuse and a relay which cost me 70 AED.

Wonderful workshop i have an issue with my car battery. i came directly to the workshop. The owner is a very nice person he came outside with the mechanic, and he helped me to start my car by taking 0 aed very good person he is and the garage recommended 💯
