A service center which does not care one percent about the customer satisfaction from the time to drop the car with an appointment had to wait 20-30 Minutes and that too the car was not received by a service advisor but the person at the reception. Get a call just after an hour by a service advisor as to where have you parked the car! Seriously they have issues receiving cars and there is no proper way for them to do so since the beginning I have been coming here. I am stuck because I have taken their warranty & service contract. Came to collect the car today and they said there is a payment which needs to be done without checking their systems that I have a service contract. While I wait as this issue is getting sorted the gate pass is generated to collect the car and on looking at it was so unpleasing. Even if they had washed it did not look like it and the car from inside was also just not clean. Then was asked to wait which I am still doing to which it has been over 15 minutes and there are other customers waiting for their cars to be cleaned / washed as well. Really hope they understand the value of time!
Absolutely terrible experience, from start to end. There is nothing “Royal” beside prices in this place. First time I took my car for service 3 months ago where they changed oil, filters and added coolant in my Audi A6. My car was in perfectly working conditions without any known issues. I waited 2 days just for some basic service. Then they discovered that I have an oil “leak” which was completely false. Of course I ignored their report and just took a car and did until now 5,5k and my oil level is at the maximum which is clearly showing that there is no leak. Second thing, they return me my car with much higher tire pressure then recommenced level and with the front suspensions problem, which they completely refused to acknowledge, and did nothing about it. 4 days ago I return to them to give them a chance again, in a good will, to check my suspension issue, and guess what, they gave me quotation worth 22k, which is out of mind. Of course I refused to take it , I went back to get my car and paid the price of 315AED for inspection, which is okay, I don’t mind and then, they returned to me a car completely dirty, like it was in a dealer for days or something and refused to wash it, service advisor gave me an excuse me, “We have too many cars for washing so we can’t wash your car”. Avoid this garage at all cost if you truly value your car
Had a great experience with Royal Swiss Auto Service. The service advisor, Glen, was extremely honest and knowledgeable—he clearly explained the issue and guided me through the repair process. The entire team at Royal Swiss was supportive and went above and beyond to help resolve the concern with my vehicle. I really appreciate the discount they offered as well, which showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. Highly recommended!
I took my car to Royal Swiss Auto Service Center expecting premium service, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Their quote clearly mentioned the use of OEM parts, but they ended up using aftermarket components during the service without informing me. This is completely unacceptable for a service center that presents itself as high-end and trustworthy. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, especially when it comes to something as critical as car maintenance. Using non-genuine parts affects performance and reliability. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to double-check any work done and confirm the parts being used. This kind of practice seriously damages customer trust.
