My husband had the worst experience with this garage ... they didn't fix the problem in our car and when we ask for refund they didn't care and no reply from them till now
So, this is going to be a long one... I've first brought my car in for a service in 2023 (September); the brakes were squeaking a bit and the rear suspensions clicking while going over speed bumps (even at low speed). After few hours, they communicate me that a quite long list of parts had to be changed, but that the problems highlighted were going to be resolved. Two days and 9k later, I got the car back, with the suspensions still clicking and the brakes still squeaking... In november 2023, a tiny amount of smoke was coming out of the side of the engine, and after speaking with a mechanic friend back home he suggested a possible leak in either the oil or coolant circuit. Anyway, brought the car in, being told that the turbo was kaput, and it felt weird since there was no loss of power whatsoever and I've experienced turbo failure before (in a different car). Anyway, 11k later, the damaged turbo was replaced and the leak fixed, even though while coming home I noticed a tiny amount of smoke still exiting the engine from the same spot (issue that resolved by itself the following day). February 2024, I've brought the car in for service and replacement of one of the taillight. The preventive was of 7k at which point I've snapped; 3.7k for a taillight and 4k for a minor service. After some bazaar bargaining, the price was reduced to 5.5k, which still seemed quite high considering that no parts apart from the taillight and the brake pads (that now stopped squeaking, leading me to think that they were not changed the first time...) were to be changed. Finally, March 2024, a friend of mine to whom I've recommended this garage in the past, brings his car in for repairs after an accident, and oh boy, that was an Odyssey; they gave him an estimate of 20k and the promise that the car was going to be ready in a week time. The car was not repaired in time and both Shaima and Ahmed started dodging my friend's phone calls. At this point my friend suspected some sort of foul game and brought the partially repaired car to another garage for a third party's opinion; as per the third party, the parts claimed to be changed were not, and were instead repaired and painted to give the impression that they were new. At this point, I feel like I've wrote a poem, so I'll close it on a simple note: even though I have no proof for my specific case, I have the feeling that this people should not be trusted (some of the very positive reviews on their page are wrote by people actually working in the shop, like the one of a certain Evans) and if you are in need of bringing a car in for repairs or service, it is a much better idea to bring it somewhere else. The decision of not reading the reviews, just being amazed about how clean is the workshop brain washed me and I handed them my car for electricals and small modification and polishing but after that I barrely able to drive it 3 days continuasly, you know, it's one of those charges that make sure you visit them again and again and again, better scratch on it if it's one of your choices, The problem also they are expensive and you will end paying to destroy your car while repairing old issue.
