Im sure they bought all these fake 5 star reviews, their staff/manager has no manners. Maybe all the Haram money theyve made by scamming innocent people has made their ego very high. DO NOT GO HERE.
First they dont give you qoutation BEFORE starting the work and their mechanics will break things in your car and tell you that it was already broken and then they overcharge you for it. They said the car will be done in 3 days, took them 2 weeks and they charged me for things they didnt even fix in the car. I took the car to another garage after they serviced it and they told me that most of the things written in the qoutation was not done on the car. They think everyone is stupid and easy to scam. INSHALLAH one day they will lose all the haram money theyve made. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.

DX garage are really professional. They fixed a big dent on 2 doors and used exactly the same paint color as the original

I found the place DX GARAGE as customer friendly. I took my FJ there with little fear of over pricing, but then they were very reasonable and decently professional. You can trust them and put your car with them. They won't mix your parts with duplicate parts. If they say that they will use OE parts they will do as it is. Overall I am very satisfied with them.

I will NEVER recommend this garage, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSKILLED TECHNICIANS, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

They have scratched my car, front and back side. So they repainted the front side. They did not even have any job order, no receipt, no proper quotation, they only send you by whatsapp.

No one even started to do the job when I visited the workshop, please save your money, time and energy. I took my car to other garage and that's how I can tell the difference of a PROPER & PROFESSIONAL GARAGE.

I've been visiting DX Garage since 2022. The things that stand out are quality inspection, quality repairs and transparency. They always advise on the exact work needed on the car. They always deliver the car on the agreed date as well as without delays. Quotations are reasonable and I've genuinely had a pleasant experience due to their customer rep Kamran. Super friendly guy, always responsive and always makes sure the customer has a seamless experience.

MashAllah if you have wish to meet Bigest Harmi in Dubai then you can vist Him And meet Ahmed totally lyer person thye do work from labor and then Make Darma that you work is not Good i didn't pay don't Go in his Garage.. InShaAllah you will pay Mr Ahemd if not in This world then after death InShaAllah you will pay no worries 👍

Please be VERY CAUTIOUS while dealing with this garage, don't just go with all the positive reviews on here.

1. I bet you to try and get an invoice for any work done, you WON'T be able to

2. There is no way for you to get your car serviced without getting something additional done by them.

3. Your car will always go for 20-30 minute of so called "test drives" irrespective of what kind of issue you reach out to them for.

4. I have received fines from Dubai police during the time my car was actually at the garage for servicing, and they refused that it was done by them and it's only after I got all the checks done that they admitted to it and yet refused to pay the full amount. I got a speeding ticket during one of these test drives and this was after garage working hours at late night. FYI the guy was driving 60 kmh above the speed limit. So, it was fine + impound. 3000 DHS fine.

5. It's only after escalating it with the police and MONTHS of to and fro that I was able to get the fine amount from the garage. Thanks to the tremendous support from the Dubai police

I would advise to be very wary of this garage. You'd be better off repairing it yourself or even stop using your car then to take it here

The worst customer service you will ever find in dubai.

It starts off with the manager sami, he has 0 communication with the on ground team and gives you false commitments. When you call the actual shop they’ll tell you we havent been informed in any bookings.

Then kamran the person in charge in the carage, i communicated with him 3 times, two of them he gave me false informations thus a lie.

As for their driver, he did not stop giving false information since i started talking to him.

At the end i took my keys from them and told them go to your carage ill take my car out of the washing service and i dont want to see your faces neither your carage again.

The funniest thing is that i had a car service job, and they didnt even put air in the tires with the knowledge that the sensors were on.

This shop provides top tier quality and service. Their work speaks for itself. They work on the cars as if it was their own. Their painting skills are immaculate. Below are pictures of the work done to my vehicle. They also painted my rims, mirrors, roof and back bumper. They are my go to shop to customize and modify my car.
