By far the worst auto repair shop in Dubai. I brought my vehicle here to be painted. After picking it up, the engine light came on and I had to invest almost 30,000 derham. Nevertheless, the car runs catastrophe. I had to buy parts that were not needed in the end and the workshop will not take them back either. My vehicle went to a BMW workshop which found fatal errors when installing the parts. An example: Supposedly new or overhauled injectors (which were simply used from another car) installed with different screws and thus compression from the engine is successful and there are consequential damages such as e.g. B. Cylinder head gasket damage.
People give these beginners a wide berth. You learn at the customer's vehicles on the customer's money.

I drive this Car not more than 200km. If you remember at the moment i drive out i said to Mike the Supervisor the Car is still missfiring and he said no problem drive till tomorrow then we see.
Why the Car is not under my name you know also because at this moment i didnt have the ID.

Had a very unpleasant experience with Tim we had an agreement and it was pass due our i had to take my car out to another shop never trust it and save yourself and your money and your time!!!
Horrible experience at this garage,
they inspected a car I bought, gave me a 9k bill to change some minor things like shocks and bushes and a few other things.
2 months later, after inspecting it somewhere else turns out they mounted the shocks wrong, and put on cheap chinese bushes that have already deteriorated again.
Ended up having to spend another 12k somewhere else to fix the car. As the mismount had trickle effects on the rest of the car, and had to redo everything they did.

I had a very frustrating experience with this center. I called to book an appointment, and the person who answered the phone provided me a different number to inquire about services and pricing. I called that number several times, but each call was caancccled from the receiver. When I called the main hotline again, the same person answered and assured me they would get back to me, but I never heard from them.
I am unsure about the services they offer, but this level of customer service is extremely disappointing. This was my first and last time with such a poorly managed company.

Recently did full service and a few touch ups on my Bentley. This joint is by far the best auto service shop I have used in Dubai. Both by the service level, pricing and punctuality. Special mention to Dean who was very professional, friendly and took his time to make sure I got the best service from start to finish. Definitely coming back for more!
The guys at Master class auto are exactly how they operate. Very professional, swift, extremely competent not the mention the sparkling carwash when you receive your car. I was well looked after by the manager Dean. He made alternatives in the most cost effective way and would definitely recommend them if you ever need work done.
They know what they are doing and they work very professionally. I’ve had a great experience with Masterclass! I sent a few car for them to inspect before my purchase and they were extremely efficient and always made time to give me a call and send out a full report. I will keep coming back to them for whatever I need with my car.
This is our trusted auto service center, we’ve been doing minor, mayor and overall maintenance of our car for the past 4 years and we can only recommend this place. Not only are they the best at taking care of the car, they also have the most service oriented and good customer service.
Worst garage i’ve seen in my life. İt’s overpriced, they kept my car almost a week for 1-2 day job and they didn’t even fix the issues i already paid for. Never ever again.
