My brother has not returned yet. I have asked the receptionists to kindly check it and tell me how much time it will take. They refused to tell me. I went to the garage side again and asked them to please just tell me that it will take more than four hours to get it ready. No one is ready to tell me how much more time it will take. Please, I request you to ask your staff what they are doing here and taking money for. If they are not working fast or not treating the riders well, then what is the purpose of them sitting here or paying your salaries?

I am very sorry to say that you are not even capable of taking reviews, even to change an oil it takes us four to six hours, If there is a major problem, then I don't know how many hours it will take.Even if we want to get a small job done, we have to wait for two to three hours. And if we talk to anyone, if we talk to any staff, they don't speak directly, they don't tell us anything. Who will we talk to? Who will we go and talk to? Tell us too.We work 12 hours and come there just to get the oil changed. If we spend four to five hours there, when will we sleep in the morning, when will we cook and eat, and when will we get up to go to work again in the morning? I have a humble request to you sir, please improve your staff, improve your management, okay, because we don't want to give a bad review , right? My bike not washing he told no water 2 month before also same problem and no response properly so pls check Ur staff and manage properly otherwise Ur not keep able to do Ur service
